We had a sewage backwash into our house. ServiceMasters came out at 3a.m., worked tirelessly to clean everything up, and was very careful to keep us informed at every step along the way through the entire cleanup and recovery process. The hard working teams that have passed through my home have all been very professional, very good at what they do, and extremely courteous to me, my wife, and my 4 cats. I work out of my house, and this was a disruptive event both personally and professionally. But Service Master by Benevento reduced my stress levels and concerns at every step along the way. They were diligent in follow up calls, keeping appointments, and letting me know ahead of time if they were running a little late now and then. They provided guidance, advice, and perspective. They are an example of how it gets done right. I trust this company and it's amazing people implicitly with my property and my safety. I hope you never experience a mess like the one which hit us at random in the early hours of a Monday morning, but if you do I would urge you to consider calling these guys. read more

My wife's parents committed suicide in a Rubbermaid shed at their home in Visalia. We called Service Master to do the job. Doug Jordon sent out a crew of three on Monday at 1PM, it was decided the floor of the shed needed to be cut out to enable the clean up. I supplied the Skill Saw. While working cleaning up the remains of my wife parents his people were talking and laughing loudly. I had to go out and ask them to keep it down and cut out the laughter. Doug called me at 4:30 pm and said it was getting to dark to cut, the floor was about 75% done. He said they would be back at 8:30 am, two women showed up but not the guy who did the cutting. The ladies dinked around until noon but couldn't finish because the floor wasn't cut. We wanted them out, since our daughter was due at 1:30pm. I called Doug and gave him hell about not having the guy cutting at 8:30 and accused him of padding the job at $75 hour. He denied it but a supervisor showed up and they were finished in 45 minutes. Great customer service! I had the pleasure of working with Felipe and his crew and they were professional and courteous. Felipe was able to walk me through the process without pushing any particular service, he let me talk and offered great suggestions and solutions. The consultation and advice was free. The quote came in soon after our meeting and was reasonable considering we were working with a hazardous situation. After agreeing to the job his crew showed when they said they would, it was just how Felipe said. The crew cleaned and made sure we were happy with the work. Towards the end of there time there Felipe showed up to check on his crew and to make sure our expectations were met. Sebastian Cunha did an outstanding job preparing the detailed estimate for the insurance company and Tim Morris was on site daily completing repairs. The Service Master team took great pride in solving the problem, listening to our concerns and making every effort to complete the job to our satisfaction. It seems as though the owner of this company made a fake account and started posted fake and negative reviews on competing companies, while shouting out his own in a couple. He even left a review meant for another company with the wrong name on it as well. Pictures for proof. Also the reviews all came at the same time. It's a shame that a company would go to shut depths. Service master is truly my hero! My car was stolen and the thieves smoked pot in my car. My car was found, but it smelled so bad I had to drive with the windows down for two weeks!
