Called for duct cleaning. Was told $99. Scheduled for Sat. morning. They called and said the tech…read morehad an emergency and nobody else would come in. Scheduled for Monday. Signed an approval and said the tech was not to talk to the tenant. Get started and I would be there within the hour. When I got there the tech had not started and had told the tenant he was there to do the dryer vent. She was upset. He then told me the $99 was only for a dyer vent. I told him I ordered duct cleaning. He said that would be $450. I called the office, they said it was up to him. I complained and they said they would ask him to give me a discount because of the confusion. He refused and then told me, in front of the tenant because he had to wait for me he might not be able to do it all and would have to reschedule. The tenant called the prop. mgmt. company very angry. I agreed to pay the $450 and he started and then told me- in front of the tenant the ducts had mold and rust in them. This was the worst experience I have had with a duct cleaning company, and I have used several. I will NEVER use Clean Air again.

Do not use this service and IGNORE their reviews on Facebook (which they control). They have poor…read moreratings by BBB as well as on yelp. We hired them to clean are carpets in our 3 story home. They had no coverings for their feet (I had to give them trash bags as they refused to take off their shoes). They had nothing to protect my hardwood floors from being scratched as they drug their hoses up three flights of stairs, so I offered a throw from my couch (they later grabbed another throw and used both to mop up residual water). They also damaged our floor boards as their hoses rubbed up against them. We sent them photos of the damages the same day but they said the damages could not be attributed to them. As for the actual service...way overpriced...almost $500 to do 3 rooms and our quote on the phone was $99 total! They were in our home for less than 45 min and every stain has reappeared! We asked for a 50% refund which they denied, offering to come out again...but I did not want more damage to my home. I strongly urge you to use another service as Clean Obsession was only obsessed with overcharging and under delivering!

I really appreciated this and see it as an added value because people don't often take the time to help you understand how to maintain your system and the whys behind it. I learned so much. They also took very good care of my home. They were sure to cover furniture when needed and cleaned up after they were done. My favorite part was they didn't try to add anything to my bill and how super kind and considerate they were. I highly recommend their services and will definitely use them in the future. I hired Daffy Ducts to inspect my dryer vents at the requirement of my HOA. They determined that it…read morewould need to be replaced. The technician & the office manager both told me the $200 inspection fee would be applied toward any work I had done. After the work was done, the owner of the company (Justin Tarr) told me that he would not honor anything an employee "told me" and that, if I didn't pay the invoice in full, he would file a lien on my property, send me to collections and have his team let themselves into the building and tear out the work they had done.
