I booked a month in advance for a clean in April. She assured me that the time will work and even gave a 2 day call to remind me of the services coming up. We did a deep clean and every thing was great! The refrigerator was cleaner than we received it and we are so satisfied with the attention to detail she has done throughout the clean. Our appointment was from 1:30 PM with 2 cleaners (Blanca & Angelica) for a 4 bedroom & 2 full bathroom home. Refer to the deep cleaning checklist. Upon arrival and checking things out, after Blanca has left, I noticed a few drawers still dirty and untouched. I did contact Blanca's Cleaning for assistance & they came the next day at 0800 AM to ensure each drawer was cleaned to my standards! Mind you, everything was fully empty and ready for the next tenants to move in. Otherwise dispite this hiccup, she made sure that we were fully satisfied with the clean prior to moving! I have absolutely no complaints and Blanca's cleaning was super reliable, especially for the price I paid! She does not have any reviews & I wanted to be sure that she had the opportunity to reach more customers for her amazing service she has done for my family & I during our moving out process. We hired Window Genie to wash our windows and clean our gutters. We have double decker patio rooms…read moreand we asked them to clean both upstairs and downstairs inside and out. When they started to clean our gutters the technician said they were clean due to the last couple of storms and that he wouldn't charge us for the cleaning of the gutters. When they finished, they said they only did the upstairs patio because that is all we told them to do which isn't right. Both my husband and I asked them to do both. When they were done, we asked them about the spots on the windows and they said they would go away which they didn't. The technician said the invoice was for $320 which we authorized to be put on our credit card. When the statement came we saw an additional $225 added to the $320. When we called Window Genie, the technician lied to the owner and told them he never said to us that they wouldn't charge for the gutter cleaning and that he showed us him phone with the bill (which he didn't). We authorized payment for $320 but the company charged us the $545.70 and refused to honor what we authorized. That appears to be fraud to tell the customer they will charge one thing and get our authorization and find that they added more to the invoice. The quality of service was poor and the fact that they did not believe us about what the technician told us, tells me they are not customer oriented. We had neighbors we were going to recommend the company to but now have told them not to use Window Genie of Omaha. Very disappointed in customer service.

Valente was prompt for the estimate (which was a great price) and also on time for the cleaning. He cares about his appearance and his reputation and arrived professionally dressed. They where very professional. Later it rained on the 8th and it looked like one downspout wasnt running water. Called the next day, the owner himself said he would came out and check. I thanked him for coming out and told him I swear it didn't look like anything was coming that downspout. We had a good laugh about it. I felt bad having him come out when it didn't appear to be a problem, but he it's always best to make sure everything's working properly which I greatly It gave me peace of mind.
