He even offered to charge us only a cancelation fee (rather than the full inspection fee) and wrote a summary of his findings up to the point we canceled for us to terminate our contract. We hired them to open up the first floor of our Cape Cod, and they completely helped me re-imagine the space taking down several walls to create a true open-concept layout.
