So I figured it all out myself and if they had just walked around the house, they would've noticed a previous DIRECTV install bracket (already bolted into the house) that they could've used. I sent them a picture of it and they said they couldn't use it. But I'm literally writing this review from StarLink that I set up myself. For free! ! I've now got the entire thing setup by myself, and simply have to go to Home Depot in the morning and buy a few small things to make everything look neat. Most simple install ever. They did not research the project or even look at the height of my home. Super disappointing ! It's like any other business. When they get really busy, you' really find out how good they are at managing things.

Give Sandra a raise!…read more Even though I was leaving Spectrum as a customer, Sandra was very friendly, resolved my problems, and returned my equipment very fast. It was not crowded when I went in on a weekday evening, close to closing time. I recently moved to Los Angeles and where I live now, they already have Internet. I went in to cancel my Internet and phone (Spectrum Internet is required for Spectrum mobile). I explained to Sandra that I had switched back to AT&T because I hadn't had any problems with the service before. Sandra returned my equipment and noticed there was a fee for the Internet. The promotional rate had ended before the mobile payment due date and I was not prepared to pay that fee. It had also been a tough month. Sandra empathized with my situation and said she would email someone to see if the return could be backdated to eliminate the fee because she could see that I hadn't been using the Internet since I moved to Los Angeles. The fee was removed within a few days, the equipment return was noted in my account, and my last mobile auto pay went through with no problem. Sandra took care of my problem efficiently and in a very friendly way. I left Spectrum as a customer, and Sandra made that experience a nice one. :)

Rogelio came to our home last evening after he closed the store, identified immediately what the issue was, HAD the replacement part in his truck, and had us back up and running in 15 minutes. His price for the service call and the part was more than fair. He knows his AV, and especially DirecTV. He does major jobs as well, from complete home theater system wiring and set up to security cameras to audio. Thank you Rogelio. This is the WORST internet service I have ever had. I thought Spectrum was bad, but this is even…read moreworse. Anytime you call it's a minimum of a 1 hour wait before speaking with someone. I pressed the call back feature and that call went straight to voicemail even though my phone accepts calls from unknown numbers. I called back the number provided to me. After an hour of being on hold, I was connected with someone who told me to restart my router- even though my building does NOT have physical routers as our wifi comes with our building. She then told me she was from the SALES team and would connect me with someone from the tech team. After being on hold for over an hour, I was connected with someone else from the sales team?! Luckily, Bernadette was initially from the tech support team and was able to actually do something and restart my router from her end. Thank god for Bernadette or I would have thrown my phone over my balcony. Although in the end, there is nothing you can do besides restarting your router. Bai Connect/Zentro is the WORST, DO NOT GET THIS PROVIDER. I can guarantee all these 5 star reviews are FAKE from people in their company. This internet provider is a SCAM. At least At&T or Spectrum has actual people able to help you or send technicians. I would NEVER get this internet service again.

After reviewing proposals by the other two bidders, I could already tell that the other two were both lacking in terms of product knowledge and creativity. Don, however, spent time asking questions about exactly what our vision of the perfect home was (relative to internet, music, security and all) and how we spent our time on each low volt supported time of service. Only after that did he begin proposing ideas and then he put forward his fairest price. We did a major renovation and had the opportunity to pre-wire and our goal was lightning fast internet capability in every corner of the house as well as music and security camera zones that were well thought out as well. We got all of this and more from Don and his outstanding team. Henry and Ishmail were excellent installers and consultants and were so courteous and helpful that we miss their visits. The highlight for me, other than the outstanding service we received, was that they helped me for the first time in my life get a truly universal remote (including Apple TV and everything else). I used to always have just one system or function not perform via previous universal remotes, but we now have everything very nicely on one remote, including our Apple and all other devices. Further, we can control all cameras and music with ease on our phones. Lastly, Don has gotten right back to us on all subsequent questions and special requests...thank you!
