I found OnPoint Installers through an Angie's list lookup. Spoke to Nick on the phone. He understood our problem (antenna was broken when house was tented for termites) and recommended an antenna. He gave me a reasonable price for the antenna and installation. He then placed the order and let me know when to expect a call to install. A few days later we worked out an installation date for later in the week. He and an assistant came, assembled the antenna and got it mounted and working within a couple hours. Vic was direct, and the price was fair. He took the job without reluctance despite the fact that I reside in the east San Gabriel Valley, which is actually pretty far from Glendale. Some of the other recommended antenna installers I found on Yelp were reluctant to go too far. Upon asking Vic if working at my property would be too far, Vic without reluctance said he was fine with the distance. Back to the service, I asked Vic to install an antenna that I had purchased onto my roof, and he did an excellent job. He was professional and courteous to my property, running the coaxial cable from the antenna to the TV. He also checked the antenna to make sure it was operational, hooking up a small TV he had brought in order to test the channels. He vacuumed up the debris from the drilled holes, and left my house as before. He was serious about his job, but also friendly and good at answering all of my questions and concerns. Like many, I stopped cable service and needed my roof antenna to be re-hooked up to the TVs in my home. Vic is awesome, he showed up early (amazing!) and did exactly what I asked him to do, and more.
