There is really not one word that will describe Serpro Troup/Coweta. They are very professional, very kind and very knowledgeable. We experienced water damage from a faulty pipe. Though the situation was uncomfortable, Servepro explained the process and did their best to make sure all was well with my family and I. The damage happened right before Thanksgiving so we were a little stressed. The rep that came out the first night was Mickai Nellenback. He was so professiona.l He gave us very encouraging words and let us know that they would take good care of us.....He was wrong.....They took GREAT care of us. Servpro really helped me. I was confused about what to do and Mickai came in he showed me everything that was damaged . He explained everything to the T. Once he got there I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable very experienced and very polite. He answered all my questions. They packed up everything stored everything so we no longer get any damages. They clean up all the masks that you would not want to touch. They sent all the damages and everything I didn't know about over to the insurance so I wouldn't have to worry about it. SERVPRO of Troup came to my home soon after my insurance company was notified of a water break and leak in my home. They explained what they were going to do to clean up the water and dry out my carpet, flooring, and walls. They said my insurance company would assist with finding someone to repair the damage and they also recommended others who had repaired damage in the past. My hot water heater busted in my house soaked my master bedroom,bathroom,closet, & laundry rooms. I knew Servpro would take care of my problem because of the job they done for my neighbor Ms. Pearl. They were here in 2 hrs Colton & Ethan got all the water sucked out cut the wet walls out and blocked up my furniture. The next day a great team of girls arrived to pack out the rooms and figured out that they could move the boxes & furniture to the other side of the house for my repairs. I had a pipe to my water heater bust and flooded my garage and soaked everything. After having a surprise bursting of a water pipe in our basement, Servpro were one of the first people to arrive....literally within 2-3 hrs. DJ and Nick did a great job of getting all of the damaged areas remediate and brought fans in to start drying the place out. They came back for several days just to check and make sure everything was going well. Another associate, Ethan joined in the last few days and he, too, was wonderful to work with. We contacted ServPro to remediate (clean up) some mold damage that we experienced recently from a roof leak. They came out to our house and did a thorough job of removing the damage and treating the closet area that was affected. This involved removing drywall, shelving, and the closet ceiling. Wally did an amazing job at my house. My issue happened on a Sunday morning and Wally was out in about 1 hour. He was the same tech that came out everyday, then he also started having a trainee with him, Andre who was also very nice. He explained everything to me and I really appreciate all the hard work they did on my house. They ended up drying everything out, I did lose some tile but he did everything he could to dry it before having to pull it up. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. read more
