I also received a complete explanation of the process that would be used and the scope of the work, the material safety data sheets on the chemicals, and "Five Mold Myths" which really helped put the whole mold issue in perspective ("it's not the next asbestos"). The team answered all my questions, always returning phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner. As they did the remediation, they explained things step by step, and even though it was miserably hot I never heard one complaint. Between the heat and the old part of the crawlspace the job took longer than anticipated, but they never cut corners or rushed to get done - in fact, they had to come back the next day to finish because they wanted to make sure it was done properly. When we went to their off site warehouse to go through our valuables we had at least 5 or 6 items that wasn't ours and a bunch of stuff they weren't supposed to take from the house. They admitted to messing up so we just moved on, until they brought us back our stuff after being cleaned and we had another 3 or 4 items that isn't ours. I'm sure we have some stuff missing that we don't know about yet. They then sent my parents a $30,000 bill for a bunch of stuff that they weren't even supposed to take out of the house. Their contractors also can't seem to work within the budget from insurance and led them on a wild goose chase. Trying to make them get rid of things the way they were before. Here we are now, in October working with a different company. I would never recommend this company to someone. 7 months later and it is now taking twice as long because they don't know what they're doing.

There were 3 men that showed for the entire week. One who worked the equipment in the ceiling, one who worked the equipment on the ground and a younger man who went behind and cleaned the vents and returns. From my perspective, this is the most thorough any company has cleaned our vents. Not only did they vacuum out the ducts, they covered the vents prior, so debris would not come flying out and make a mess (which no other company had done). Then they followed with vacuuming the exterior of the exhaust vents and then used a spray cleaner to clean the exterior of all the vents and returns. They may have even done more, but being a commercial job, I didn't follow them around and see all that they did. I also did not have any personal interaction with them. But I can say, the vents in our 35 year old building have never been cleaner, and they didn't make a mess while doing their job either.
