We cannot thank Lou enough, he mad an extremely stressful and uncertain situation much less stresful. Lou continuolsy reassured us, that as bad as it was/looked, he would get it cleaned up so we can start the fix. There were times I thought they would just give up, as it was literally like something out of a movie. Multiple contractors and engineers told us they have never seen anything like it in thier lives. We are in the drying and anti mold phase, Lou reassured us he would be back regularly to monitor and treat as needed.
