Larry, the owner of AllWays, does not take shortcuts and ensures that the work is done properly. He had his crew strip all of the old, shoddy materials from these sections of roof and rebuild them to provide better drainage. Brian provided printed contract, naming foreman on site at all times, but Brian was also present several times during the job. Work crew was professional and completed a through clean-up. We have had no problems with the roof/skylights anywhere to date (Jan 2024). The only disappointment was the company used for gutters. They did not clean-up adequately. Pieces of metal were found in the yd for several weeks after they left. They used young workers and their work should be supervised closely before you pay them.
