AMAZING experience! My boyfriend and I were looking for pedicures in the area and happened upon spaDAY on none other than Yelp! He called in the appointment and we arrived on a Friday around lunch time. There's free parking out front and we had the place to ourselves. I wish I had gotten the names of the ladies that worked on us, but they are seriously the nicest! We'd actually hang out with them as friends they're so cool. They allowed us (ok -- me) to use the restroom first before our DRY pedicure in seats facing each other. There's a tattoo parlor in the back - FYI. What is a dry pedicure you ask? HOT TOWELS! We just put our feet up and they hot toweled us away which was perfect after my recovering from an illness - yay! All the bells and whistles that come with pedis were included in the service such as: nail trim, sugar scrub, massage and for me, gel removal and application. The only comment I have to make is that there aren't a lot of gel colors to choose from, but what they have are cute. I love my lilac toes and soft feet! We were definitely pampered and would be happy to come back for more services - thank you! read more

2.5 stars for my experience. The booking was so easy and seamless, and I love that you can book online. I Opt'd for a body contouring session, and didn't have a preference on who was rendering the service. I really liked that I could choose from a variety of services. The description wasn't great on the site, and really had more buzz words than what you are actually getting. Getting to the spa was easy and parking was awesome. Inside the spa, it's clean and modern which I love. Overall my initial experience to booking and first impressions was great. The service was not. The esthetician didn't know my name. I was the only one in the spa at that time. You have a service, and I introduce myself. For the amount I am paying, you should know a name. She seemed VERY inexperienced. I feel as though if I had the products at home (which was not a lot) I could have done a better job. She left the majority of the exfoliator on my skin, the mud wrap was minimal and truly disappointing, the massage was weak and awkward, and for a service that was supposed to last an hour, it only lasted 50 minutes. Including the 5 I took to change. I booked the service in the hope of getting lymphatic drainage. There was so little I almost cried in the room. She mentioned 3 separate times that I could rebook with her, how many services I would need, and I could text her directly to rebook. I get the need to build up clientele, but not while I am doing my best to relax and spend time on me. The receptionist was helpful and pleasant, but she was doing homework that was a mess all over the checkout counter. It looked so unprofessional. I feel ripped off and disappointed. I will not go back. Which is sad, because I loved the access and proximity of this joint. *disclaimer: I have VERY high expectations for my spas. If I spend anything upwards of 3 figures in Utah, I want it to be a first class experience. read more

My wife and I made our own couples package, each with 75 minute deep tissue massages and facials in adjoined rooms. This was our pre-Christmas de-stress gift to each other. Megan M. was our massage therapist and she was WONDERFUL! Megan was able to work out more stress in our time allotment than most 90 minutes and even 120 minute treatment I've had. Wife said best massage she's ever had. We highly recommend her! Facials were great too - I did the mini, she did the full. I hope SpaDay adds a pre/post treatment meditation room with teas - that is literally the only thing that could have made our experience any better. Definitely coming back on my next trip to SLC. read more

This spa is fabulous! I'm always taken aback by how cool the inside is - beautiful decor and a very relaxed vibe. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and friendly and they always provide the best advice/products for my skincare routine. You can tell that they really care about what they do. Booking online was simple, and they're very careful about Covid-related safety when you arrive. Pauliina is knowledgeable, professional, and personable, and she made the experience more enjoyable than I could have imagined. There was no upselling, just a genuine concern for our comfort and satisfaction. I can't say enough how much I love this spa. Of course it's really beautiful when you walk in, and just has an atmosphere that's super welcoming and comfortable. But Jasmine is a miracle worker. I have been plagued with acne for many years, and as an adult in their late 20's, saying "I'm over it" is the understatement of the century. Jasmine was able to assess my skin's condition and make super helpful suggestions for things i can do at home to help prevent future blemishes and breakouts. She also gives a killer facial, and i left the spa glowing like an angel. 10/10 would recommend. read more

The manicurist seemed incredibly inexperienced and acted in a way that it appeared it was literally her first day as an employee or a manicurist. The polish was clumpy so I opted for clear...still the polish was clumpy. I cancelled the pedicure and thankfully they just let me walk out. Agree that the receptionist was nice but the desk was messy with papers and a food container. I looked on Yelp tonight to see if I could spend my gift card on another service and found a similar review with a different service. Bummer. read more

Seriously the best gel nails and facial I've ever had! The staff were so sweet! The girls, Cassie and Jasmine, really seem like they know what they're doing and they really take great care. The owner sure picked a great crew of lively, friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding estheticians. My nails look superb a week later, they have a pretty good color selection, she finished in a timely manner, there were no streaks or clumps whatsoever, and she was quite personable. My facial was incredible! So relaxing! My skin felt so soft and clean directly after and the next day I even noticed that my skin looked less dull and more plump! Magical! read more

This place is just phenomenal. The staff exudes professionalism in their work, and always goes above and beyond. They don't just provide amazing services, they also educate their clients on the how the service will benefit them longterm. When I went in for a facial, the spa owner did such a great job explaining to me how to take care of my skin and what practices were great and not so great. I walked out feeling like my face was reinvigorated. I was also very stressed out that some of my acne scars wouldn't fade, the spa owner reassured me that the scars weren't going to be there forever and suggested some treatments for me in the future.
