The design she left us with, that day was installed today. Our installers, Sierra and Virgil, couldn't have been nicer. They were on time, pleasant and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves as well. Our closets are perfect and we couldn't be happier.

They're always in meetings the woman Dale, that I spoke with doesn't ever pick up the phone. Nobody calls me back. I think that they are not only a very bad company, but they may be a front to something else. I would stay as far away from this company as I possibly could.... you'll never get your money back. They dont respond back in a proper time frame I have more work to be done , however they seemed to ignore my request. I would call someone else. After interviewing a couple of "move managers" to help my dad prepare for a move from Florida to…read moreCalifornia, we decided on Rachel. The BEST decision we could have made! Rachel was quite thorough and organized, not to mention patient, as my dad and his 3 adult children tried to figure what items to keep versus give away or sell. In general, dad really didn't think he wanted anything but basic furniture, but thanks to Rachel's work, he ended up with an apartment with his most meaningful possessions as well as exactly the furniture he needed. Rachel kept a Google document with all the items in dad's household, sent photos of all the items dad didn't want, and packed items my dad didn't want separately from his items. She took care of simply everything, from getting multiple quotes from movers (including storage pod options) and vehicle transport companies. Rachel kept us informed through the whole process and my dad went from saying "I don't need anyone to help - I've moved 3 times by myself" to "I don't know what I would have done without Rachel." I can tell you we probably would have been without some family heirlooms... Rachel took her time packing everything and was very conscientious about not overtaxing dad with each visit. She even ended up selling a number of items dad didn't want! I'm seriously thinking about bringing her to California to help organize my house!
