I was excited to try the Deva Cut since I always have to get my hair straightened for stylists to cut it, and I rarely ever wear my hair straight. It was a decent overall tapered cut on my short hair, but I wouldn't say it was any better than previous cuts I have gotten at half the price. The major issue was my fade and line-up were uneven. I didn't really realize it until I came home, but I am pretty sure the stylist did because of the way she was holding the mirror vs. handing it to me initially.

Which leads me to pain level, 1-10 with 10 being most painful unbearable...my service was a 3/4. I do have a pretty moderate/high pain tolerance but honestly I did not "oooh!!!", flinch, or scream and I'm an actual hairy leg girl. The most you'll feel is a quick sting but the wax is warm, very smooth and rips away just as smooth. My appt was at 1:15p but I was not seen until 1:35p as she was finishing up a client however, I booked this with nothing else pressing on my plate so I didn't mind the wait. Ashley means business and is focused! She will get low and eyeball your skin to make sure she's pleased with her work and that you leave with the best result. She's also so beautiful! I will be back for my regular maintenance and thank Ashley for taking care of me my 1st time there and for my 1st time getting this service.

She practically sealed my eye shut with adhesive and used little precaution to prevent this. Booked appointment via Internet and she quickly got back in contact with me. We scheduled and meet for to discuss details and deposit. I'm a born again weaver so I looked to her for the best weave to purchase within my budget. That she did great on and color blending my hair. The biggest flaw was the structure of the weave job. My hair is soft and fine, so the braids did not hold up well at all. She was nice and "repaired" the braids the same day, however the same day that braid plus another came down. Also the way the hair was put in was a bit bulky, making it look a little wig like when it wasn't curled and styled. I had to give them my credit card when I made the appointment a few days earlier. I am handicapped and had to wait 1/2 hr before going to station. The girls had an attitude from the get go. My husband mentioned this also, as he dropped me off. The stylist started by telling me they couldn't do my color and I'd have to come back for a consultation by someone more qualified. This was a waste of my time and because I had been a hair dresser I knew what she was telling me was bullshit.
