Be very aware of this place, I got sick ended up in the hospital on life support they repossessed my truck, stoled all of my personal property I had in the truck important thing and then turned around and sent my truck to a auction,and after getting home and getting the money to get caught up and back on track with payments still lost everything I had.I Would recommend going somewhere else, I'm ready pissed off, not like I planned on getting sick and ended up on life support and being stuck in a hospital for 2 and half months. Wasted my time coming down here. Almost all of their cars have been in accidents and show damage and they want 450 plus a month for them. Also, they pester you for a down payment, and the salesman was smiling as he told me we cannot do business with me after filling out a online form and being told everything was good. Avoid them. I have referred a few family and friends for vehicles and was promised a referral check and the 1st referral I was paid $200 less than promised and 2nd referral check never received, and cannot get a call back from Salesperson Tanner Watson nor GM Josh Townsend. Ryan another associate assured me I qualify for the $400 referral payment but he too has not contacted me and given me updated information. He told me weeks ago check was in the mail. No receipt. Bad business and I will NEVER refer nor buy a vehicle from their deceitful business again. Very disappointed in the customer care. If I could give Seth Wadley ZERO stars I would. Today I had been speaking (via phone, email AND text) with a Jancy from Seth Wadley Auto Connection, regarding a 2016 Chevy Sonic LT listed for $10,500. I live 1 hour and 12 minutes away from the dealership...so wanted to be sure they had the vehicle, that it was non-smoking, and that they would be willing to drop the price. I made it very clear to her that I did not want to waste her time or mine. Told her that it's for my daughter, her first car. She told me, yes they have the vehicle, it is non-smoking, and said her manager could probably work something out. I told her that I WILL NOT pay their asking price and asked her to ask her manager if he would be willing to sell the vehicle for $9,200 out the door (that the $9,200 price includes their ridiculous $499 doc fee). She told me that she would ask and call me back. She called back (I didn't answer because I was driving home from another dealership...that she was fully aware of that I was looking at another vehicle as well here in the city), I never once lied to her. She then texted me and said, that yes, $9,200 was a workable deal and asked when she could expect me. By the time I saw the text it was 5:10ish (they close at 7p). I texted her telling her that we were headed her way and would be there between 6:15-6:30 give or take with traffic. She said, perfect, see you soon. At 6:25 I receive a call from a Ryan (never heard of him before)...saying his "manager" wanted him to call to see if I'm still coming to see the car. Told him, yes, I'm almost there, I'm at mile marker 77. He said, great ask for me when you get here and I will help you. I arrive...2 "young kids" (early 20 year olds, girl and boy) are sitting outside smoking...assumption is they were Ryan and Jancy. The boy gets up to open the door for my daughter and I, and asks if I'm _________, I say yes. When we get to the office he says, what is it you are looking for? (This is the moment I knew they had bait/switched me) Hmmm...what? I told him, 2016 Chevy Sonic. He asks the color. My daughter says black, I said, well it's not classified as black, it was a dark charcoal or something along those lines. He said, okay I need the color to locate it. HUH??? Okay folks, their lot is tiny...maybe 35-45 cars on it...and I'm being generous. So I said, here I have the lot #...he said, yeah, that will be perfect. I give it to him. He "types" in his computer as he asks me, are you paying cash or financing? I said, well, I need to see the vehicle first. He said, yeah, but how will you be paying? I said, that doesn't matter, I need to see/drive the vehicle first. He said okay, hold on a minute I need to locate it in my lot. He comes back less than 30 seconds later and says that vehicle isn't here. Extremely angry...I said, um...we are done! And proceed to head for the door to which he says yeah, um that car must be on our Dodge lot or something or sold...as he follows us out the door. With me extremely upset that "Jancy" and "Ryan" wasted my time...that they lied to me ALL DAY about the vehicle. That they did this to not only me...but my daughter who was excited for her potential new to her first car that we WERE planning to purchase TONIGHT! But the car doesn't exist...they used that vehicle and Jancy lied to me ALL DAY to get me to drive 1 hour +++ to only tell me it's not there...likely in the hopes that they could get me into something else. They taught my daughter a sad valuable lesson today...NOT to TRUST car sales people...that they are liars, manipulators and shady people. Which I had warned her there are some that way...but being a Seth Wadley facility with his reputation...I expected better. I now know what type of employees he hires, how he trains them, and how he does business. The absolute WORST car dealership I have EVER experienced!!!! I would run far away from these folks!!! read more
