Tiny!!

Ok. So we were walking the Bridge into St Armands and when we got there we thought a nice smoothie would be good. So we went into this place. First off. It's tiny. And it's hot in there. Feel bad for the folks working there. Moving on... we each got smoothies. I got a Green one my partner got a Berry one. They were both watery. Not much smoothie to them. They were not very....how do you say.... Robust? Refreshing?? Maybe the Gelato is good. Maybe. Otherwise ... Pass.

while strolling around the circle, we saw this joint, and my wife was like- let's have 4 scoops of this...she is a big Gelato fan. Settimi's Gelato serves several flavors of rich gelato. Choose from the basics like vanilla, chocolate, and butter pecan to unique flavors like Amarena cherry, sea salt caramel, and banana split. Sugar-free options and dairy-free sorbets are also available. The gelato here is super creamy and packed with rich flavors in every decadent bite. we had coffee, tiramisu & cheesecake flavor. there are a couple of more Gelato stores in this quadrant, but it is really good. outdoor sitting- there are a couple of tables for sitting as well.

I can't speak highly enough about this gelato shop. It's one of my favorites in all of Florida. Not only do you have the option to combine two flavors in a small size (usually disallowed by most gelaterias), but the flavors themselves are pretty awesome. We enjoyed the banana split, the sugar free dark chocolate (tastier and heavier than I expected), and the cherry amarena. Many other flavors also incorporate inclusions (e.g., caramel waffle cone), which is a highly effective and cost-efficient way to layer in "free" toppings. I'm grateful to have Settimi's in my life.

I wish I could just leave a review that says one word...yum. But I can't. This is the creamiest, most perfect gelato I have ever had. They have about 20 flavors to choose from and all that I have tried are incredible. My favorite is "banana split." It gets crowded at night, but the staff does a great job moving the line along. They also have an espresso bar and smoothies.

Walking around St. Armands Circle, you're probably racking up thousands of steps. That being said, you deserve a gelato, a creamy, delicious cold treat. Bistro style granite tables and comfortable chairs are staged on the sidewalk in front of the store and that's where you'll probably want to hang out and enjoy the scene. It's an ideal location for people watching. Their gelato is high-quality and homemade. You'll feel good about yourself when consuming gelato rather than regular ice cream because gelato has less butter fat and probably less calories. My treat of choice for this visit was the chocolate gelato, creamy and delicious, made with a bonus of bits of Belgian chocolate incorporated into the mix. Based on all their different flavors offered, my suggestion is to sample a few options and then indulge heavily on your favorite. Salute!

We got there at 10:30 am when they were supposed to be open, we waited for 15 minutes but nobody showed up and the store was closed.

Decent gelato that is a bit overpriced. The shop is very narrow. Service is nice and prompt.

A nice finish in Siesta Village…read more After enjoying dinner in Siesta Village, we headed out for some dessert. Both at St Armands and Siesta Village, there is no shortage of ice cream and gelato places. Each has their very popular spot, at St Armands it is Kilwin's, in the village it is Big Olaf. Yet, there are other choices, and we headed to one. We discovered Stefano Versace Gelato is now in the spot previously occupied by Ciao Gelato. They have been open for about 3 months, offering not only gelato, but also coffee, smoothies, and more. We were there for the gelato. While Big Olaf looked busy, there was no line at SVG. I liked the colorful display of various gelatos. Some of the names were in Italian, the helpful counter person interpreting a few for us. Both the brownish gelatos looked like coffee flavor, but neither was. That's ok, I pivoted to bright white and got their coconut gelato. The coconut was definitely coconut, with pieces of coconut like grit throughout the gelato. That threw off the smooth texture I expected, but it was still good. They do not have much in the way of seating, counter seats running along a couple of walls. We also thought the cost was a little high. There are a handful of parking spots in front, shared with other businesses. Good luck scoring a spot.

The lady who worked there was kind and helpful. I thought it was a bit strange that they didn't have an option for getting one scoop. So my friend and I split the two scoop deal and she put a scoop in separate cups for us. I was a bit surprised that they didn't have a very big selection of flavors. They have other stuff though, such as; coffee, smoothies, and juice. It's located in a good spot to walk up to after a long day at the beach, or if you have a Sweet tooth.
