When it IS open, they have great deals, and the service is friendly. They have good prices for Cape Cod-themed souvenirs. They have charming Cape Cod sea glass windows- tho the building itself has broken windows. There are nautical themes, plenty of Christmas stuff. The owners are friendly; sometimes they even place free items on the sidewalk. The parking lot is kind of scary- terrifying potholes, some are poorly marked. Fay's looks, from the street, like a haunted hoarder house with Christmas themes. They are closed most of the time. Looks ghostly.

I was surprised at how much furniture was in stock, including a lot of beautiful bedroom and dining rooms pieces. Most of these pieces are ready to be used, clean and with good finish. Apparently some of the dealers in this coop have outstanding taste, or just very good secret sources. This is a fairly new business, and a really good addition to the antiques scene on the upper cape. I plan to become a loyal customer, since the stock seems to turn over pretty briskly.

Three female employees were mulling around and chatting among themselves and never greeted or acknowledged me. When i asked if the store was new, the response was brief and unfriendly. No one greeted us, but we found that dining room sets were on the third floor. Lots of stairs and very difficult for senior citizens. I made it up 3 flights but my wife had to wait on the second floor. Still no sales help. when I got to the dining room area, I could hardly move around it was so crowded. What would happen in case of fire? Would we have to run down 3 floors? How does this comply with the American With Disabilities Act? I called the following day to complain and NO ONE ever called me backed as promise. Very disappointed with the store and will never shop there again.

It's like a Spencer's gifts but cleaner, organized and much better curated. It's run by people who appreciate unique home and kitchen decor. They've got everything from drink mixes to vintage/weird sodas to edible bugs and local souvenirs. It's a little tight so make sure to watch the kids because it's very stimulating for little ones. Lots of funny tongue and cheek gifts. It's a cool place to find interactive gifts like popcorn flights w/ shake toppings, joke gifts, cast iron trinkets. They also sell local souvenirs w/ zip codes and names adorned to towels and stickers. I always bring visitors here and will get pickle flavored sodas for my nieces and nephews to try.
