I have used them twice and will use them again in the future. Jess was great to work with. This time, I had 3 rooms of new carpet, one repair where a dog had ripped up and shredded a seam, and a bunch of cleaning of existing carpets. The new carpet was high quality, and installed perfectly. The repair was so good that it is impossible to know that there was ever a problem. The cleaning turned out better than I expected. All of the workmen were super polite and did excellent work. You might save a few bucks with one of the national discounters, but in the end you will wish you had gone with someone like Loftus.

After showing her the granite we already have, she brought out several samples and a few that varied a bit from what we said we were looking for. Well, we brought a sample home, and the one we fell in love with was actually quite different than what we thought we were looking for! They have a huge array of products at different prices. Our selection just happened to be on the low end, at $11/sq. ft. Some other marble tiles we viewed were as much as $50/sq. ft.
