These guys were great. Moved all our stuff into our new home with ease. Would highly recommend them. A+ guys and very respectful.

Jessa L.

This "moving company" is definitely a scam. I lived in Las Vegas and needed a moving company to move me to Sacramento, CA. In the beginning, 777 Movers seem legitimate and they gave me a quote that would be considered "locked-in" with exception of packing materials. However, their "locked in" estimate was not actually locked in. I gave them the entire list of items I expected to move, and I did not add anymore items on the actual date of move. But they increased the price by $1,200 since it took up "more space" than anticipated on the truck. I had no choice but to pay since they already had all my items locked in the truck. When I called to ask about the estimated time of arrival of my stuff, Lindsay (customer service for deliveries) told me that they would call me three days in advanced. I needed these three days leeway so I can book a ticket to Sacramento and be there for the delivery. However, they gave me less than 24hours of a heads-up of my drop off date. I expressed my concerns about this considering that I needed to book a plane ticket and we already talked about giving me a three days heads-up before they would come, and Lindsay said that she "did not remember" our conversation. And because there was no written proof of our conversation, she said that the conversation did not happen. Lindsay said I had to be present or else I would pay an extra $600 for not being present. Since I did not want to pay extra fees, I booked my flight, only to find out the delivery people would never come to drop off my items on the date they told me. I found out they could not deliver the items because they did not have movers to move my stuff. I do not know how they can call someone to come in the day before the move in date and not know whether or not they will have workers to show up. Another issue is that the movers will only bring a semi-truck to the drop off location. So if the semi-truck does not fit, then they need to hire a U-Haul truck to shuttle the items to the house. This was a total blind side since my complex said a semi-truck can fit, but the driver checked on GoogleMaps and deemed that the semi-truck would not fit. I tried to ask if I can pick up the items from their warehouse using a Uhaul truck that I will rent, since they were going to rent a Uhaul truck anyways. If I rented the Uhaul, it would have been cheaper than the $585 they requested for the Uhaul rental. However, they said I cannot go to their warehouse with the Uhaul. They made moving my items to my own Uhaul truck so complicated and even insisted on me signing another contract. So in the end, 777 Movers added another $585 to my moving fee for the shuttle. This section is dedicated to how terrible Lindsay from departures is. She should not work in customer service. She told me that it was a "privilege" that she was listening to me about the concerns I had for my move. She even said "that's what I thought" multiple times through our conversations. Then when I wanted to talk to her boss, she hung up the phone. She refuses to acknowledge anything said over the phone unless it is in writing. And when I asked her to write it down what she is saying on the phone, she said she will not or she ignores my voice completely and does not send any email. And I cannot talk to her boss since I am always forwarded to her first and she will not send me to her boss despite saying she does have one. The day after the expected date of delivery (which they did not attend), the driver texted again saying that there were no movers to move my items. I was concerned how a MOVING company did not have movers two days in a row, so I wanted to speak to his boss. After I said that, the driver said he would get people from Home Depot if the moving company did not provide any movers. In the end, the moving company did not have movers from 777 Movers, and my stuff was moved from people from Home Depot. Again, the contract did not say that movers would be hired from Home Depot. Finally, once my items were in place. I noticed a lot of my items were damaged (see pictures below). And I read the contract, so I know it is insured and I can file a claim. Furthermore, the company does not replace or repair the item, so I will only get a few dollars per the insurance claim I filed. In the end, I paid an extra $1,785 plus the last minute airplane fee, plus stress, plus broken furniture, plus dealing with the uncooperative customer service. 777 Movers did not try to alleviate any stress or answer any questions once they had my money and my stuff as their hostage. I highly recommend another moving company or to move the items yourself to spare yourself the stress and wasted time/money on 777 Movers. This company only cares for themselves and does not advocate for its clients. I am filing a report to the Better Business Bureau. (I had to omit some of my review since I went over text limit. If anyone has concerns, please do not hesitate to ask me!)

Ripped a hole in my carpet during the move. Had a box covering it, so I wouldn't see it until after they left.

Ripped a hole in my carpet. Had a box sitting on it, so I wouldn't see it until after they left. That was at my new house. Damaged my stucco at the old house where they moved items through my front door. 2 for 2-nice!

Sorry note and gift from Triple 7

Update: on 3/12/2021 Triple 7 sent me an edible arrangement with a "sorry note" (picture attached). Instead of trying to contact me and return my money and do what is right, they decide I would much rather have a fruit basket. Lol, just unbelievable. I wish instead of sending this, they would just send me my money. It's really sad. Tons of other moving companies out there, which I will be using next time.

This is the 2nd time we've used 777 movers, and they're the best. Definitely recommend them! Our movers were Obed, Yostin, & Gerson

Can't say enough about 777 movers! They're the best. Efficient and easy to communicate with to place our furniture where it needs to go. We'll use them again for any future moves!

Let me say upfront Triple 7 Movers is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. Keith in sales invites you to read their positive reviews but those do not reflect what the majority of people who have hired them for a cross country move have experienced. If I could give them zero stars I would. My move was from Las Vegas to Ohio. It all began when Crispin and his team called and said they would be picking up my things two hours early. I told him I was not completely finished with a couple of boxes. He insisted and assured me I'd have time to finish. Wrong. He spent 30 minutes having me read and sign numerous documents on an iPad while the other two guys wrapped the furniture. I would have definitely watched them had I been given the chance. He also asked me to review them on the spot (Google review) He insisted so I wrote a two line positive review which I have since amended. My experience since then has been one of delays, excuses, lack of transparency and communication for 52 days. They will not communicate unless you call or email them first. If you must deal with Lindsay at the LV office, be prepared to deal with her lack of people skills, rudeness, and excuses at every turn. She obviously has not been trained in customer service. She told me my expectations were too high, that I can ask questions but she is not required to answer them. What? She said on several occasions she will tell me what I need to know when she feels it's necessary. She doesn't realize it's the other way around when someone is paying a company to provide a service. I paid $3000 to move my deceased mother's few things that she wanted me to have. A china cabinet, some dining chairs, a dresser, eight boxes, and a pedestal table. The china cabinet base had damage along the edge and the glass top had a 12 inch crack in the wood. Obviously it had been torqued while moving it numerous times from truck to truck. The chairs were damaged because of the cheap quilts and tape they used. I have had professional movers pack my things in the past and the quilts they used were very thick and heavy. The ones Triple 7 used were thin and almost paper-like. The edges of the chairs poked right through the quilt! A table arrived broken off of its base. One box was crushed and items were not the way I had packed them. This was terribly disappointing. I will not go into all of the other problems I had to deal with in the past two months with this company. The only helpful person I dealt with was Ivan, who handled the final four days of this move. He was my delivery person. He worked for a completely different company in Oregon and took over the move after the Triple 7 truck was in the shop for two weeks in St Louis with no repair date in sight. My delivery arrived on 6/11/2022, 10 days late. Ivan and Rachel were on time and were extremely nice. He made note of all the damages. They were aware of what I had gone through with Lindsay and wanted to make it right. He gave me a $300 credit ($30 per day when late x 10) and I paid him the balance due in cash. If he had not communicated with me by text, I would have been in the dark about my delivery. Five days after delivery, Keith in sales emailed me and said he hoped I would receive my delivery soon. This company not only lacks communication with their customers, they don't even communicate internally! FYI...Moving companies are not well regulated. You need to be extra cautious when hiring one. The fine print releases them from any liability. You won't get reimbursed anywhere near what your items are worth. Once they have your items and half of your money, be prepared to be ignored and items to arrive damaged. Before you hire any moving company, dig deep on the internet for moving company reviews on other websites. Don't just look at Google or Yelp reviews. Your eyes will be opened. Triple 7 Movers is a terrible choice for a moving company. I'm surprised that they can stay in business with their incompetence, lies, and unprofessionalism. Look elsewhere when hiring a moving company.

Don't forget me!

We moved from one high rise condo to another less than a mile away. No boxes only furniture, very simple. Triple 7 responded quickly with a quote and seemed to be reasonably priced. They showed up on time, worked semi quickly and there was absolutely no damage to any furniture. When paying the bill we were charged $81 hidden fees for shrink wrap and tape! Wrapping the furniture was supposed to be included. How is it my problem they taped and shrink wrapped the furniture covers they put on. No mention ever that any of that would cost extra. $559 for 15 pieces of furniture. Yikes!

The movers did a good job and was fast and efficient. The only reason I can't give a 5 is because I was told that they would be there at 830-9 and they arrived at 730 which early is fine but I was delivering boxes to my home and was charged for them waiting ‍ but ok that's fine and I was told I'll be getting a $25 credit on boxing and supplies but when the $670 bill came for the move and I asked about it the head guy said he had no knowledge of it. I'm A person that your word is your bond but lesson learned. Other then those two things I was fairly happy

Norberto and Mario were fantastic. Triple 7 Movers were priced great. They loaded everything up on a Friday and were very careful. We moved out of state to AZ and they delivered our stuff on a Sunday. They put the beds together. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. We definitely recommend.

My very happy clients Sally & Jim with Cheyne and his team.

Cheyne Sciuto and his team were amazing to work with. They showed up early. Took great care in wrapping and moving all items. Never stopped working and did the move in record time. I'm a real estate professional with Keller Williams Southern Nevada and I would highly recommend this company and specifically Cheyne Sciuto and his team. You will be very very happy with their services.

You pay almost 50% more than they quote. And then charge you extra $400 when they deliver. Will never recommend this company!

The house belonged to an elderly relative who was not living under the best of circumstances. These guys are mature and they intuitively understood the sensitive nature of the cleanup. His price was MORE than fair, especially considering the amount of bureaus, large mirrors, boxes, and plenty of random things that meant countless trips up and down the stairs. He had straps to secure my things for the move, moving blankets for mirrors, and even a heavy duty mattress cover that I was able to purchase from him to keep my mattress protected in storage. A solid two hour drive south, I followed behind him and all of my possessions, as he took care around corners and at stops like he was carrying his own belongings. We showed up to my storage unit after hours and that's when I learned the code they'd given me wasnt working. Unable to contact anyone in the office, this guy must have some tricks up his sleeve because it wasnt long before he managed to get us in the gate. The truck was unloaded, stacked neatly, and locked up in my unit within the hour. To top off the adventure, I left my truck lights on for more visibility during the unload and my battery died. Lo and behold, Corey had jumpers at the ready. No matter what's thrown at him, Corey figures it out. With Mountain Men Movers, your move is in the best hands.

I hired RJ Crowley for an approximately 2.5 hour move of a one-bedroom apartment in New Hampshire…read moreto a studio apartment in Massachusetts. I was told by the RJ Crowley office staffer that the two movers would arrive at 5:15-5:30ish AM. Even though they arrived at 5:45 AM, they assured us that they were still going to meet the reserved, agreed upon 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM loading dock time in Massachusetts. After they loaded the truck, we all left New Hampshire with an estimated arrival time of 9:50 AM. Before leaving, the movers told me they needed to stop for gas. My parents and I also stopped, arriving at the studio apartment at 10:10 AM. Being that the movers still hadn't arrived, I texted them at 10:35 AM, to which they texted back at 10:37 AM stating they were going to take a bathroom break and would arrive in about 30 minutes. However, they did not arrive until approximately 11:30 AM, leaving only 30 minutes to unload. To avoid inconveniencing the next residents who had reserved the dock from noon to 2:00 PM, my parents and I stepped in to help move items from the dock area. We were able to help clear the dock by 12:05 PM only for our movers to still leave their truck in the loading dock until approximately 12:30 PM, preventing the next waiting movers from using it. We even suggested they ask the apartment staff where to move their truck to free the dock before they completed moving and reassembling furniture into my unit, but they didn't move it. In the unloading process, the movers discovered that my quality, cream colored, leather recliner (part of a matching, living room set) had been completely severed in half. Even though they moved it in New Hampshire, undamaged, they still asked was it already broken- to which we answered "of course not." The movers only offered me $50 to $100 for the damage, despite it being worth considerably more. Since they had previously agreed to dispose of both my old bed frame and mattresses for an extra $100, we asked could they also dispose the broken recliner along with the bed, and they said "absolutely- we can take it with us." However, after their departure, we discovered that they'd left the recliner in the loading dock area directly beneath a sign clearly stating "Do not dispose of mattresses or furniture" and "Do not leave unapproved items behind on loading dock." I immediately emailed RJ Crowley that same Friday afternoon regarding the abandoned, broken recliner (sending them the picture of the recliner under the sign), asking them to at least arrange/pay for its proper disposal as they initially promised. One week later, I have yet to receive any response whatsoever. The complete lack of communication after the move has been just as disappointing as the move itself. I ultimately had to arrange and pay for the disposal myself. Overall, my experience included the RJ Crowley movers: - Arriving 90 minutes late to a scheduled unloading appointment. - Destroying my leather recliner. - Promising to dispose of my recliner but abandoning it at my apartment instead, leaving me responsible for the disposal and fee. - Refusing to remove truck from loading dock past our reserved unloading time. - Failing to respond to my email or address any of these issues. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. While the movers were pleasant, the service itself ultimately cost me additional time, stress, and money. I cannot recommend RJ Crowley based on my experience.
