Let's start with the positives: - Easy to find location and close freeway access - Clean and well kept landscaping - Free shuttle (friendly drivers and clean shuttles) - Nice cabins (not rustic which is what we were looking for) - Cabins were very clean - BBQ Rental available (makes it nice to not bring your own - nice BBQ's as well!) Suggested improvements: - It would be nice if additional towels were provided in the cabin; we also noticed that one of our two cabins were not appointed with additional blankets - Offering paper towels in the cabin kitchen area is a simple way to offer more convenience to guests - Window washers came by on Saturday morning to clean the exterior windows of the cabins and yurts, it seems like this type of maintenance could be done during the week when there are not as many guests Negatives during our stay: We probably would have given this place 5 stars because it is pretty awesome for an RV Park and has many amenities nearby. However, they clearly state on their map and welcome flyer that the landscape sprinklers operate "between the hours of 11pm and early morning." In the cabin area where we were staying, the sprinklers turned on about 3pm and 6pm on Saturday afternoon. The first time they turned on, we were sitting on chairs in the grass and we all got soaked. We called to let them know and they said they would get maintenance to take care of it. However, later that same day when we thought it was safe, about 6pm, the sprinklers turned on again while we were grilling in the grassy area of the cabin. What a mess as we scrambled to get everything out of the way. Burgers, dogs, chips, onions, ketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce were all flying. We all got soaked again and it ruined our BBQ. Really frustrating! For this lack of adherence to their own rules and lack of responsibility to communicate or do what they say they are going to, we only give this three stars, "OK". General Information: We drive up to Oregon several times a year to visit family. Sometimes, in the spring, summer or fall, we like to meet somewhere part way. My wife's parents have been coming here every so often for a few years and like it, so we decided we meet here as a group. My wife made reservations about 6 months in advance because we wanted to stay in one of their new park model RV cabins since we do not have an RV. The RV resort has almost 200 spaces, six cabins and three yurts. We arrived about 6pm on a Friday. The RV resort is a little northwest of the casino tucked in a valley just beyond their rest area off I-5. The check-in building has a large covered area in front for when it is raining. Our cabin was very nice, clean and just what we needed for a couple of nights. The AC works really good for the entry area and cools the entire cabin adequately but the bedroom was noticeably warmer, even with the bedroom door open. The shuttle service to the casino, truck stop or town is very responsive and free. Tips are good, though! read more

Gorgeous resort, poor customer service. I came in a Aliner expedition pop up. campground was only 1/4 full but of course I got out in the far back corner. Further est from the restrooms (a long walk), huge septic manholes were in my little yard space. Caps were not on all the way and the smell horrible. Not to mention this site is closest to the highway truck rest area so the big rigs rev'd all night. But you couldn't hear them 3 or 4 sites down. I usually don't complain but lack of attention to detail and poor customer service ruined my trip and these sites are not cheap. No refund allowed even though I wanted to leave two days early due to bad experience. Too bad, really gorgeous resort. read more

Coming here since 2006-so many changes. Used to be a fabulous place. still nice but prices have triple, service has declined , food is worse. Management changes several years ago have made unhappy employees, service change, food change. not for the better. Used to be so quiet, people polite, rules enforced-now any ole RV allowed, yappy dogs in portable fenced pens, no speed enforcement, quadrupled prices. Vagrent problem has caused more fencing, locks, cards, security (which is reassuring but .... the ambiance is lost). We come back, but what everything changes. Not always for the better. read more

Stayed here 1 night for a pass through. Easy check in, staff guided you to your sight. Decent size sights with hook ups. There is a lot to do here and there is a shuttle to the casino if you want to go there. We are happy we went here and will be stopping on our way home as well. (3.5 stars would be appropriate.) Even during covid this resort has a lot to offer. We stayed here once overnight on our way to Washington and then again on our way back home to central California. Both times the office staff was great, the park and restrooms were super clean and the shuttle service to the casino was much appreciated. My one and only issue with this place (it's big)... and why I will try somewhere new next time, is that it is SO LOUD!! There is CONSTANT maintenance being done. Constant! Tree trimming, mowing, street sweeping, leaf blowing, service vehicles and golf carts driving up and down and back and forth every strip of parked RVs. It's too much! In the morning I look out the blinds from my bed after being woken up and there is a man in our site, right outside my window trimming a tree at 7 a.m.! I realize in order to keep this park as clean and nice as it is, that requires maintenance, but I don't know why it has to be done at all hours of the day and so often. It seems like maintenance could be timed better or done in areas where campers are not. There is also a shooting range nearby so pretty constant gunshot echoes throughout the park during operating hours there too. With all the current covid restrictions pretty much all the extra perks other Yelp reviewers mention are not currently happening. The pool and playground did look nice, however. read more

This was our second time stopping at the Seven Feathers RV Resort. It really is a resort. Check-in was so much easier and faster this time than the last time we were here. Maybe it's because we had reservations this time and maybe it's because no one was in front of us. This is an absolutely gorgeous RV park -- not cheap --- but gorgeous. Many of the sites are long pull thrus. You can stay hooked up for the night or really for several nights. There's a shuttle that will take you to the casino to gamble or to eat at one of the restaurants. The shuttle will also take you to the town if you wanted to walk around there. The inside pool is large and inviting. There's also a nice hot tub to enjoy. Another room even has stacks of books for you to borrow. There's cable and free wifi. You could be happy spending your vacation here. The showers and bathrooms are clean as is the laundry. Great RV park! read more

Wow Oh Wow! We stayed a week. The grounds are beautiful, kept up to a tee. They literally thought of everything when they built this park. Casino is great, the food and drinks we had there were delish. People are very nice, friendly and very helpful. gas is readily avail. While we usually love this RV Resort and have stayed here many times, our last visit on 11/22/23 was terrible and they did nothing to make it better. We have a 43 ft diesel pusher and most of their sites are easy in and out. When checking in, I informed them that not only do we have a 43 ft unit but we were also pulling a Bronco behind. The park was less than half full and we were given site 76. The curtesy driver took us to the site and drove and left before we had even started pulling in. The site we were given was right after the refuse area and that blocked us from going any wider to turn in so we were over the grass area in order to get into the site. It was dark and the next thing we knew, we heard a crunch and our motorhome was was hooked on the pole that marks the site. It is black when viewing through the mirrors and in the dark, you do not see it. When the curtesy driver came to our site after I had walked to the office requesting another site and some assistance he stated that he would have suggested another site if he had known prior to them issuing the site number, he would have suggested it be changed since this site was such a tight fit to get into. We were not allowed to move until security came and got all of our information and then all they did was give us cards for tow trucks and mobile rv repairs in the area. When we talked to the loss manager, we were told that they take no responsibility and the curtesy driver stated that he had never told us that. Very disappointed in the way they handled the entire situation and will no longer be recommending this rv park as we had in the past. read more

We're back at Seven Feathers RV Resort, we were here last August and now this July, I really like the online reservations system, and they were kind enough to give us our first choice of the RV sights we wanted, it's been a very pleasant 7 day experience the grounds are beautiful and well maintained our little fur baby loves this place too! The Shuttle will pick you up and bring you back from the Casino, this RV Resort is definitely in our top five of all time places to stay. By far, the nicest RV campground we've ever stayed at. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities are spotless. Our site was level, lighting and site landscaping were perfect. The gas station right outside the park had some of the lowest prices, and the store at the station is amazing. We only had a single night stay as we were passing through, but I think this park is a destination in itself, and we're looking forward to a longer stay. read more

Latest changes noted - * building project of several cabins and yurts has been completed. Look beautiful. * Immaculate fully equipped bathroom facilities are in specified buildings. Previous system, for security, had the bathrooms locked up overnight. Now each individual bathroom door is using a keyed entry. Plastic activation card for the lock pad (like hotel rooms) and the bathrooms are available 24/7. * Toilet paper aficionados should note that the bathrooms seem to be using the general campground sewer systems. The supplied rolls are smallish single ply. Folks who prefer better, might want to carry their own roll along with their towel and bath gear. * A nice fenced off-leash dog area has an astro-turf ground cover. Wonderful! read more

This was our first visit to Seven Feathers RV park. Very impressed with the wooded area around the park and foliage at the sites. The showers and toilets were together in individual rooms. Very clean and spacious. I highly recommend Sever Feathers RV park. Unfortunately, I used the same shower room and noticed the floor had not been cleaned since I last used it! Very disappointing! RV PARK - Thank you so much for helping us get through a hard time. Between towing and fixing our RV it cost us $4,500 so your help and assistance was greatly appreciated while we were stressing at the situation we were in. In fact, the shoot out with cops took place at the same rest stop the day after we were towed, and that day we were stuck for hours in the traffic hold up.
