I've been living in the area for a little over a year so it was about time to find me a local nail spa. I looked and looked and looked. I ended up putting it on the back burner until I woke up with my ingrown attempting to escape my body. I literally was having a big toe moment like Slammer from I'm Gonna Git You Sucka! Iykyk I looked up local spas and this one seemed to be reasonable with decent reviews. The best part for me is how early they open. I like to get things done early and again, my toe was throbbing! The spa was clean and the staff was professional but lemme tell you about my artist Tien. Yes artist because it takes a special skill to do what he did. He made me feel comfortable and asked me what I wanted. I didn't even mention my toe yet and he saw it (I mean the man on the moon probably saw it too!) and asked me if I would like for him to remove it. I couldn't say yes fast enough. He got it done with no issues. After he finished my service and my toes came out beautifully! I couldn't wait to wear my open toe shoes to work tuh-DAY! I payed 65 $ cash no invoice They came back to me with a 5 and 10 $ bills for tips I asked to change to dollars and I left 3$ each person No thank you no gods buy to me Wow wow wow I will never go back there and I suggest everyone to do not go for their behavior. read more

I lowkey wanna gate keep but Bill and Abby are the truth!!! I went to a different Nail Shop and they did one of my nails crooked, and would not fix it. I just moved not far from seven Nails and spa and I stopped in on a Sunday and asked if Bill could fix my nail. He fixed my nail, but also made it look totally different--But in a good way!!! I said I would go back for my fill and I did. Bill on the hands and Abby on the Feet= a great great experience. Abby rubbed my feet for at least an hour. This was before and after the polish. Prices are reasonable, and the vibe is very calm and collected. Bill is super patient and knowledgeable regarding shaping (which I'm a big fan of) and explained why he was doing certain things. He is awesome!!!! Bill and Abby make a great team but everyone in the shop are so sweet. Peter is RUDE and aggressive. Back story: It's a shame that I even have to leave this one star review...seeing that both my mom and I have been coming to this salon for YEARS. So, the other day I went in to get a fill and I requested designs. My usual nail tech, Bill, wasn't there so I settled for Peter, which was a terrible mistake. He's given me attitude in the past before so perhaps this was my fault for giving him another chance. Well anyway, I showed him a picture of a design I found on Pinterest. To make it EASY for him, I said "you can do something similar to this, but it doesn't have to be the exact same for all nails. Do whatever you want for the others." You would think giving a nail technician creative control would make their job easier right? Apparently not. Instead of simply telling me upfront that he was uncomfortable doing designs and had little to no experience, he, instead, did a half ass job on my nails and expected me to love them. I did not love them and because I paid upfront, I didn't want to leave feeling like my money was wasted. A few of the designed nails were cute and a few of them were very plain and bare. Very politely, I asked Peter to simply "add more" to the bare nails. He accused me of "not being happy." Big reach right? In response, I said "I never said I wasn't happy. You did a phenomenal job on the nails with flowers. I'm just asking for a little more on the others because they look a little plain." Then, he got frustrated and aggressive with me and tried to go back and forth. I remained polite and classy and I told him "would you prefer if someone else finished my nails? I don't mind waiting. Because it seems as though this is a bit difficult for you." He then yelled "tHiS iS dIfFiCuLt!!" and began to pant really hard and stand up like he was really going to do something. He even took his glasses off LOL! He was BIG mad. I said "if you know designs are difficult for you, you should've said that before starting the service. I already paid for my nails. I'm not doing the back and forth. I can wait for someone else." Still breathing hard, he stormed off and said something in his language to one of his colleagues. Keep in mind - this entire time I communicated calmly and I never raised my voice. I politely spoke my mind because who wants to waste money?? Somehow, I guess me speaking up triggered something in this grown man. Because the outbursts were insane. I ended up getting my designs finished by another lady there. But I just wanted to warn all of you ... I 100% DO NOT recommend Peter. He is extremely disrespectful and dismissive. I was going to cut him slack on this one but I'll say it right here anyway: his breath STINKS really bad, even through that mask he wears. Yes. I said it. He's always had bad breath. Which should be a violation when you're working with people. But I digress. The point is: having bad breath AND being disrespectful is crazy work. I can do my best to excuse the breath but the disrespect was an absolute NO on top of it. Anyways, my loves - if you want top tier customer service, Bill is a GREAT nail tech. This is probably what I get for not waiting on him. Peter is NOT IT. He needs to heal whatever it is that triggers him before he touches anyone's nails again. And he needs to be honest with himself AND customers about his skills. Bad energy indeed. Be blessed yall. read more

My cousins and I had a 3:30 appointment for 4 gel x manicures. Two of my cousins were sitting for almost two hours and ended up walking out and never got the service done. It seemed like they were providing service to everyone but them. Even with a woman who I think is a regular. She basically somehow got two of her family members to cut everyone that was waiting and then started to complain about her having to wait and about ppl noticing that they were allowing them to cut the other waiting customers. There was even another lady who did speak up about how one of the lady's family members got seated after her but they started her service and one of techs said that she had an appointment.... She didn't have an appointment because the family member who is the regular just called last minute and asked every tech in the shop to squeeze her in. Overall I am not ok with my cousins being essentially pushed off to the side. Some of us traveled to see each other and we wanted time together and get our nails done and what happened put a damper on our day. I must say I'm very disappointed with my results... I walked in for a simple manicure. Asked the guy (didn't get his name) if he could possibly add a little design which I proceeded to show him a picture, he said yes. It's clear I got nothing close to it... and yes it's my fault for not speaking up and saying I don't like it, and still walking away with messed up nails. My only advice is to speak up and for the people that work there... if you can't do it just be honest and say I don't know how to and we move on. Now I don't think it's a complicated design in fact I felt like he did it without even caring how it looked. Anyways I really hope everybody else has a better experience. I love my nails. This is after a couple days (frequent washing and hand sanitizer is tearing up my cuticles) Peter did my nails and he did an excellent job. He pushed my cuticles back and did a thorough manicure along with the full set. He asked how I wanted my nails shaped and made sure to ask if the shape was to my liking. He handled my nails with care. I appreciate that, some people throw your fingers around lol Pros: excellent customer service, clean, friendly, and PLENTY of colors to choose from. The shop isn't loud, conversations are at a respectable level.
