Update to my below post. Nail garden reached out as soon as I put up my post. They told me they would make it right and wanted me to be 100% satisfied. I came in the next day and got a new set of beautiful nails!! I'm very happy now. Shout out to Joanna she's so helpful and sweet. Great customer service. And shout out to Rena she did a great job on my nails. -------- Service was great. Salon is clean and big. That's not the issue. It's the products or maybe the tech. Because I went in on Friday and within two days one gel x nail just fell off. I didn't apply pressure. It just wiggled off ... flash forward to now, not even a week later.I've had to re glue my own nails back on at least 6 times I'm so disappointed because I just moved to town and I was so happy with the initial visit. I've been in many time before to get a mani and pedi. They've always done a great job. So I figured I'd make an attempt to get a full set my them. I've had pretty consistent bad services with nail extensions to the point that my friends and family find it comedic with the luck I've had. I've partly have accepted it might be because I was just not blessed with dainty feminine hands. But Anna did it!!! She restored my faith in getting my nails done and being able to feel "pretty". Which by the way that was the description I asked for. "I just want something pretty". Shes a mind reader. 3 stars (and I'm being generous) I had a 9:30 AM pedicure appointment, arrived on time, and there was not a single technician in sight. After waiting, I was told the techs were "stuck in traffic." If that's the case, why offer 9:30 AM appointments when technicians clearly don't arrive until 10:00 AM? Appointments should mean something, especially for customers who plan their schedules around them. A simple heads-up or more honest scheduling would have gone a long way. As it was, the situation felt unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. That said, once a technician finally arrived, the experience improved significantly. Sang, who did my pedicure, was very friendly, kind, and did a thorough, excellent job. The quality of the pedicure itself was great. If you do come here, I recommend asking for Sang (pedicure)--just don't expect your appointment time to be honored. read more

I booked a gel pedicure for myself and a regular mani-pedi for my mom ahead of a wedding. Throughout her appointment, my mom flagged that the polish was clumpy and not applying well. Another technician eventually noticed too and added thinner, but the damage was done -- the polish dried rough and clumped after we left. When my mom called to get it fixed before the wedding, she was told her service was just for cuticle care and the polish was a free add-on. That makes no sense for a booked mani-pedi. The space is nice, but the quality doesn't match. read more

Went here for the first time today with my boyfriend. We both got mani/pedi's. The person who greeted us (she seemed like the manager) was very welcoming and accommodating and willing to explain if we had any questions. Our nail tech were also very kind and helpful and did a great job. The equipment was all clean and organized. The offer a variety of complimentary drinks as well. That was a nice touch. Wow! I came here right after my horrible experience with another salon to see if they can salvage the monstrosity I received at the other location. I was welcomed with open loving arms even when they were experiencing an unforeseen power outage. They communicated with me to be open and honest, they reassured me they were going to take care of me and I sure was. I left with a smile on my face. Joanne I believe is the owners name is beyond wonderful and you can tell she loves her profession, nail techs and customers. I've been coming to this salon for about two years and have always had a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, my visit today was disappointing due to the front desk service. Gigi (I believe that was her name) came across as rude and unprofessional. She did not offer complimentary drinks to any customers and could not even extend a simple "thank you." What was even more concerning was that her behavior seemed to be frustrating the nail technicians as well, as they appeared upset by the way she was interacting. A welcoming and respectful atmosphere is important, and one person's attitude can affect both customers and staff. When I'm paying for a service, I believe the minimum expectation is basic courtesy. A simple "thank you" goes a long way. I may return because I've had positive experiences here in the past, but I hope management addresses this issue and provides additional customer service training to ensure all guests feel valued and respected. read more

I recently visited Nail Garden in Redondo Beach a little over a week ago while on vacation in California.overall my experience was mixed. The location is great and very convenient, especially if you're spending time near the beach. The salon itself was clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The service felt welcoming, and I appreciated how accommodating everyone was. However, the appointment took much longer than expected, particularly for a dip manicure. What should have been a fairly standard service ended up being quite time-consuming, which was a bit frustrating. Unfortunately, the biggest issue has been the quality of the dip manicure. After just one week, my nails are in really poor condition -- the polish is cracking and chipping, and my natural nails are starting to split. For the price, I expected much better durability and overall results. I was also surprised that there were no massage chairs, especially given the higher cost of services. It felt like an important detail was missing from what should have been a more premium experience. Overall, while the location and customer service were positives, the long service time and disappointing quality of the dip manicure make it hard to justify the price.Now, I need to have my nails redone in my home state. Cindy gave me one of the best gel manicures I've had in a long time. For the first time in forever I actually felt heard and cared for by my nail tech. She's a true pro and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. She even offered me a drink which was such a sweet touch. I had a 9:00 appointment to get services done. 9:00 and no nail technician had arrive .there were 5 other people also waiting. From 9:30 to 10:00 the nail technician's started rolling in with coffee drinks and other things in their hand looking all nonchalant. They go into the back to put their items up and come back out 10 minutes later they are ready to start. This is so unprofessional and disrespectful to the customers. Management should maybe change the hours of the time open. Or hire professional workers that understand working in a business If you say you open at 9:00 the workers should be there before the clients and be ready to start working exactly at 9;00 There is a difference between allowing a grace period or I'll be there when I get there because it's that type of business And there will be no consequences. I received an acrylic full set and genuinely enjoyed the service from start to finish. However, one small disappointment was the beverage selection. Only coffee or water was offered, while the salon's advertising highlights champagne or mimosas as part of the experience. I specifically chose this location--and brought a friend along--expecting to enjoy those options, so it was a bit disappointing that they were unavailable.
