Over the last month I had been looking for an Infinity G25x for my daughter to drive. Finding the write vehicle with the right features from the right dealer was not easy. I'm not sure why there are so many untrustworthy sales people in auto sales? From the moment I contacted Seven Speed Motors my experience was positive. Nick who answered the phone was pleasant, professional and most importantly I didn't feel like I was dealing with the typical used car salesman. Nick invited me to come view and test drive the G25x at my earliest convenience. He followed up with an appreciative and genuine text message thanking me for showing interest in the G25x and again reminding me that I was welcome to test drive it. A couple of days later I attended Seven Speed Motors with my wife. We were greeted my Nick who again was personable, professional and pleasant. He showed us the car answered all of our questions and made us feel very welcomed. It was such a refreshing experience. Especially after many of the previous pressurized and uncomfortable interactions I experienced at many other used car dealerships. After some discussion and negotiating we agreed to purchase the G25x and were very happy with the whole experience. Seven Speed Motors takes care of their customers from the moment you step in the door and they don't forget about you after they have sold you the car. After having our G25x for one day the car would not start. We ended up calling CAA who verified that car's battery was faulty. I called Seven Sports Motors and spoke with Nick. He was very concerned and felt bad that we were experiencing problems with our G25x. He instructed me to take it to my mechanic to have it repaired. My mechanic also verified that the battery was faulty. He replaced the battery with a new quality battery which was paid for by Seven Speed Motors. (Just Amazing!!!) A five Star rating is exactly what Seven Speed Motors deserves. Our initial walk-in began with Zaid the Sales Rep. He was very friendly and accommodating as far as answering all our questions about the vehicle and letting us take it for a test drive. We wanted to see the car on a Sunday with our daughter as she was the one purchasing it, but they were closed. Zaid met us at the shop on his day off(that Sunday) so my daughter could see the vehicle and this gave her the first opportunity to purchase that car....that is definitely going above and beyond what any other dealer would do!!! Kudos to Zaid!! Then we dealt with Nick for the financing! He too was very friendly and took the time to explain everything to us. I know that is what he is supposed to do, but these guys just made you feel like everything was an open book and they were up front and honest with all aspects of our transactions. These guys at SSM make you feel very comfortable. They have integrity, diplomacy and are very honest! These are key ingredients when dealing with Sales Reps at Car Dealers. Nick actually got a car from another dealer that we liked and we purchased it from him. I said to him...."if you had that car, I would buy it from you". Well that's all I had to say and he made it happen for us and at a better price then what we would have paid, if we had purchased it from the other dealer. To anyone buying a quality used car... I can't say enough about Nick and his team at Seven Speed Motors in Oakville. I really would/do recommend them to all my friends and family. As a single woman especially, the task of buying a car can potentially be a bit daunting. And lord knows, I have indeed experienced that "used car sales (person) sterio-type" in my search, and I am so pleased to say, this was so NOT that! Nick and his team member Z, made me feel welcomed and truly part of the process right from the beginning; with no rush to leave a deposit the minute you walk through the door. Not sure how Justin could have such a negative experience but I just bought an awesome Mustang from Seven Speed. All the guys there were very nice and helpful, I didn't get any sleazy vibes at all. I had the car inspected by the Ford Service Shop and they gave it a top rating so the vehicle is ready to rock and roll. Compared to similar Mustangs on AutoTrader this was a great price for a beautiful car. To be honest I read Justin's review before I went to see them and it wasn't at all how he described it so I felt compelled to write this review just to let people know that maybe they had problems in the past or whatever but I didn't see any issues whatsoever. He was right about one thing though...they do have nice cars! I brought a buddy with me for a second set of eyes and he was planning on going to them when he needs a car next year. I don't know what that guy above is talking about. He must just be angry at something because these guys were the best. Their cars are nice and a good price and will do anything to help you. I bought a 5 series bmw about a year ago and I have had no complaints what so ever. I had to wait a week before I could be approved to purchase the car and they literally left it on hold for me. I agree with the first review that they let me pick the car that i wanted rather than them pushing me. It's hard to believe that a salesman would racially abuse you because in the end they want your money. We went back to them to purchase my wife's car. Again amazing help and the car is great. Zero is not an option on Yelp. So, I trade in the car I previously bought from them and Im charged a restocking fee because two months have passed, I expected it. The second vehicle I left with was not saftied properly! The steering needed a Universal joint replaced that was just very labor intensive and they choose to screw me and risk their licence. Two bulbs were out which tells me it was likely not looked at at all! I filed a complaint with Transportation Canada and got rid of the vehicle right away rather than prolong any exposure to them. read more
