I purchased an Audi SQ5 here, and within less than 200km, it had a loud ticking noise. Arak refused to look over the vehicle or even acknowledge the issue. I was told the vehicle had no engine light on and it had a great service history record, so if I had a problem, I should use the warranty I bought from them. I was told to take it to my mechanic and have them fix it. This is not the customer service experience I'm looking for when spending my hard earned money. So I had the vehicle for less than a month and I had an additional $10,573.08 to spend. Their warranty is garbage as well. It only pays up to $4000 per claim, so I had to pay over $6500 out of pocket. The original price we paid for the vehicle was market value, so now I have had to pay over $6500 above market value. On top of that, I was without a vehicle for three months because that's how long it took the company connected with the warranty to get parts and fix the vehicle. To buy and sell cars and not be able to comprehend that there can be an internal issue without an engine light being present is beyond me. They should be doing in-depth inspections on every vehicle they sell. I am very unhappy with my experience and they will definitely not be receiving anymore business from me. read more

I came to Arak to fix my blower and they taught me everything I needed to know. I then later had to return to replace my tires. They made the process so smooth and I was able to WFH using the wifi on the waiting area. I didn't need to take time off or make it inconvenient as they were quick and reliable. NOT honest NOT reliable and definitely NOT trustworthy guys at all actually @ Arakauto I trusted these guys and bought a car from them believing their word that they would "take care" of whatever issues come up in the near future after I buy it. Not even a month or 2 into having the car there are immediate electrical issues that I bring to their (Davin) attention. Long story short next thing I know I am being told with total unexpected disrespect that if I don't like how they do things don't come back to their shop and he is suspiciously quick to cut ties. Only to find out why he was so quick to do so as this car got progressively worse and would not start countless times amongst other mechanical issues. They smile nice to your face and say all the right words but took my trust and screwed me with it. Do yourself a favor and not listen to these so called positive reviews.
