these people take down all of the one star reviews i've left plenty. i want to truly warn parents…read morebefore sending there kids here, im over 18 now and its been a long time since i went here but i am still absolutely traumatized from the experiences i've witnessed in this place. i have nightmares frequently and can still hear the screams echoing the halls. this place is not like any mental hospital i've been to, it is seriously like an asylum. the staff treats the kids poorly and will drag them to the "time out room" which is a concrete room with nothing in it, the theripist's don't help, and the kids there are far worse then just mentally unstable. we went out on a outing to a store and a patient was able to sneak back a entire knife from the store in her bra, i remember her showing me and letting me hold it, i cant put into words the amount of terror i had in that moment and how scared i was of the wrong person getting that in their hands. the staff will curse you out, it truly feels like a prison. do not go here

They do not take our insurance but we decided to just paid for the first visit which was $180.00. It was like just taking that money and burning it, that is how bad the first appointment went. They worked together to help our daughter feel safe, supported, and connected during her eight-month stay and in the four months since she returned home. Last summer we looked into several residential facilities for our daughter. We, and she, chose WMR specifically for their home-like, non-isolated environment, as well as their variety of therapeutic modalities. Our daughter was involved with horses, music, art, farm work, school work, and a wide variety of community activities. She received excellent teaching and mentoring from caring and committed staff and support personnel. Though our daughter was particularly challenging, the WMR team worked tirelessly to support and build trust with her. They worked to help her regulate emotions, get medical check ups and psychiatric care as needed, progress in school, learn practical skills, and find ways to positively use her talents. Our daughter's first therapist was good, then changed employment part way into our daughter's stay. The new therapist (LCSW) was excellent, and worked well with our daughter and with us. We had regular contact and access to her clinical documentation. We talked with the clinical director as needed, and she guided the WMR team. In the year since first contacting WMR, we've observed the directors and team adapt and improve in many ways, to provide the individualized care their residents need.

Safety and adequate therapy seem to be real issues here. For a facility dealing with vulnerable girls, the fact that their Clinical Director is based out of state is deeply concerning - who is providing consistent, on-the-ground oversight for the girls' well-being other than one part time (8 hours a week), associate trainee therapist? Adding to these lack of therapy worries are safety concerns. Two major accidents recently, when they refused to provide me accurate information and insurance and accident reports). Plus what I feel is a serious lack of qualified therapy staff. While everyone has to learn, these most vulnerable kids are not getting the experienced, consistent therapy they desperately need. This raises major red flags about the level of professional support available at this "treatment center". There are significant questions about their ability to provide adequate residential treatment.

I felt the love from the first time I spoke with Jon Redd (one of the fantastic owners), which continued throughout my stay. It was truly magical. Unlike any other rehab. They do so many different activities to help with recovery; breath work, a cold plunge, yoga, a sound bath and so, so much more. The home is beautiful and welcoming and there is such positive energy there, it is almost surreal. It is peaceful and has great views. I felt at home and safe from the beginning. I was always respected and felt appreciated. The therapy (groups and individual) is wonderful. Of course, it gets difficult at times, but worth every tear. Don't get me wrong, we laughed so very much also during my stay! Oh, and the food! Luis is their chef. We ate like we were dining at a fine dining restaurant every meal! Luis is not "just" their chef, he is part of the Reprieve family, so of course, he is another amazing person. I was skeptical about going to an all women's facility up in the mountains, and it was the best decision I could have made! My parents were there for me for years, helping send me to many rehabs. One rehab was even a two-year program. I could stay clean for a few weeks or even some months but nothing worked. Fifteen months ago I overdose for the eighth time. After being in the hospital for several weeks, I was done. A friend of mine Daniel Kelso contacted me. He was starting a program that was a rehabilitation program. I went from the hospital in North Carolina to Ogden, Utah were Infinite Arches was located. The program there is different from any that I have been to. Each person is evaluated and given an individual plan that is unique to that person. It is not a "one size fits all" program.
