I had only had one spray tan in the past, and the girl did an awesome job, but I didn't put enough effort into the before and after care to make sure it lasted as long as possible. This time, when I booked with Amy, I made sure to listen closely and take notes on what I needed to do before and after my spray tan. Amy and I had a quick phone call when I reached out about the appointment. I scheduled at least a month in advance, so I can't really speak to how easily you could get in last minute. I had no problems scheduling. Our phone call was super helpful. We went through all of the instructions and she gave me a lot of before care advice that I followed until my appointment. When it was finally appointment day, I went in for my spray tan! Amy was super welcoming and kind. She told me my skin looked good for the spray tan, which was music to my ears, because I had been doing all of her before care suggestions! We talked a bit about which spray tan option I would go for and what shade I wanted to achieve. We ended up deciding on a rapid tan option with a medium shade. I think I left it on for about 4-5 hours... Throughout my appointment, Amy was very respectful and friendly. She gave me product recommendations for body wash and sunscreen, which was super helpful! When the appointment ended, we realized it was raining outside. I didn't have an umbrella, so Amy offered to walk me out to my car with one of her umbrellas! It was one of the nicest things ever. She escorted me to my car and we said our goodbyes. She made it clear that I could reach out to her with any questions or concerns, which was super nice! After 4-5 hours, I took a shower and rinsed off (no soap). When I woke up the next day, I had an absolutely beautiful bronze glow! I truly was amazed by how gorgeous the color was. It got me extra excited for my trip. :) The spray tan lasted throughout the entirety of my trip, although it did fade a bit (which was inevitable because I was in the ocean quite a bit). When we packed up to come home, I still had a little bit of color on my body. I was surprised that it lasted that long! I know that it was due to the advice that Amy gave me for after care. As a tip: she only accepts cash so make sure you have that on hand. Don't worry though, she'll go through all of this with you before your appointment! Overall, I had a 10/10 experience with Amy and Simply Bronzed! I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Amy!!!! :)

This spa is truly top notch, and the variety of services in this space is amazing. You truly feel like you are in Beverly Hills or something, it's that nice. I have had a few bad lash lifts in the past, and she was honest with me that there was still some damage and that she wasn't going to let the solution sit for as long in order to protect them. I feel like that was really fair and nice of her to protect me like that. I also got a brow lamination and WOW! I have seen so many overly fluffy/glued brows and been scared, but she made them look so natural. I also just genuinely enjoyed being around her- her positivity is infectious. Brittany had reached out to me same day after I had scheduled my appointments online, and provided all the details on the services I was requesting to make sure it was what I was wanting. This made me feel so much better about getting each procedure done. The day of, she walked me through the process, and took her time finding the right colors. I was nervous about going darker on the lips at first, so I went with a lighter color. She put plenty of treatment on the brows and lips, and felt no pain during each procedure. She also checked in on me frequently to make sure I was doing ok. Immediately after, there was very minimal swelling which went away within 24-48 hours. I recommend following the healing directions she hands out at the end with the care kit she provides. I was so happy with my results, she totally nailed the look that I wanted!!! I did get complimentary touch-ups with the combo packages I chose (which I also recommend). She was flexible on the scheduling, and I decided I wanted to go darker on the lips. Then had to redress so she could ATTEMPT to fix the issue, there are signs on the doors that say "be mindful this door doesn't close properly and may open mid session". But my biggest complaint is the staff lacking knowledge. I tried to cancel my membership and she made it impossible. She claimed she didn't know how the process worked.
