I have mixed emotions about this 4 star rating, but it's such a neat place I have to accept some of the misses. I visited the Sun's four times over the first week of July and overall the sandwiches and crepes were excellent, clearly 5 star worthy, but the unfriendly and negative attitude displayed by two of the staff was unfortunate. The smoothy's were inconsistent, one day thick, rich and delicious and the next day watery and tasteless. Appear to have only one high chair for the little ones, makes it a little difficult to eat with the grand kids. Many other reviewers don't seem to like the crepe holder, I for one like it but we eat at the restaurant so I can't speak to how it travels. Did notice the limited menu and part of my problem with the attitude had to do with asking for something simple like a side of bacon for my grandson, just a flat "NO," so I ordered a bacon bagel and got a look like I was from another planet. They did make the bacon bagel, delivered with a side of poor attitude. Overall I enjoy this place and will recommend it to others but how about a little "thank you for your business" before you spin the touch screen for a tip. read more

At the counter, bagels are in plain sight, as is the toaster. When I requested to have the delicious 'Abernaki' (turkey, bacon, avocado and aioli) on a toasted bagel vice a crepe, the manageress (owner) said, quite categorically and emphatically, "NO!! We are a Crepe coffee shop only and are not interested in pandering to the individual needs of customers". When I stated that the shop used to serve the fillings on crepe OR bagel and asked why the change. She said the bagels were for breakfast sandwiches ONLY. She apologised for reducing the menu but was adamant that the menu is set in stone. The business school that taught her that practice needs to review its curriculum. Whatever happened to customer service - becoming ever increasingly an obsolete custom in the US today. This is a great shame. It is one of the only coffee shops that serves coffee in ceramic cups and serves its food on ceramic plates - another disappearing service. read more

Great mocha, awesome pastries and crepes to savor. Nice staff and free wifi .....oh and the restroom door is cool. I'd do 4.5 stars if they had cherry syrup for their Italian sodas. read more

Nice if you're okay with waiting 35-40 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and a very simple nutella crepe. This would be unacceptable even in a busy restaurant, but this morning there were more people working there than eating there. Since I sat by the register, I saw the people who ordered after me, including friends of the crepe cook who were clearly prioritized, and they got their food long before we got ours. When, after 25-30 minutes, I was starting to wonder if they'd forgotten about us and asked how much longer it might be, instead of apologizing for the wait, they tried to claim others ordered before us. Though I doubt this is true (there were only two people sitting at a table when we walked in and they already had their food) if they knew the wait would be that long for food that takes around 3 minutes to make, they should have told us up front. We would have gone somewhere else. The food was decent once we finally got it, and I would have loved to give it more stars, but the service really needs work. read more

I love this place. The food and coffee are fabulous. The new menu is great. The atmosphere is so relaxing. The aroma is wonderful. Consistently great quality. Crepes are buttery with a huge variety all made with delicious ingredients. Source from local farms and businesses. This is a gem in this lovely town of Wolfeboro. Hard to find a place that has such high standards, quality committed owners and staff. Excellent teas- hot and cold as well. Amazing! read more

This place is awesome! Yes they have changed their menu but the quality is still excellent and a huge selection of savory and sweet crepes made authentically buttery French. Delicious! They personally roast their own coffee with outstanding flavors. This place is a rare find. Quaint inside as well as outside tables. Great location. The owners put quality first in everything they offer. Amazing fresh pressed juices. They source from local farms and support their community. Love the whole experience of being there. read more

Fantastic gluten free crepes! They taste like the real thing! Enjoyed savory and sweet. Coffee is delicious. Crepes took a little while but well worth the wait. They were delicious! Their crepes are delicious and I've also gotten a couple of vanilla lattes there that were very yummy. Love the atmosphere of the little cafe too. Prices are probably on the higher end, but you're paying for the great quality! read more

Seven Suns is the best place in town for coffee! They have an amazing crepe menu! Everything is so fresh and delicious! The owners buy local and organic when possible. They also give back to the community. The staff is so nice- it's just a feel good place with a cool and fun vibe. read more

I've been to this place a number of times. I enjoy the atmosphere. Coffee is good. One one occasion I went in with my family to have a social sit-down breakfast. As we walked in the gent behind the counter was unabashedly hanging his mouth open like he was at the dentist and had his finger hooked behind his lower teeth like he was attempting to dislodge a stubborn strawberry seed. He was literally digging in his mouth with his fingers and seemed unaware that this was unacceptable. Given that there were a number of us and we'd all planned on eating there, we went ahead and ordered just the same, hoping that a) he'd have nothing to do with the food preparation, or b) would wash his hands. We were disappointed with "a" and "b". He proceeded to prepare our food without washing his hands and without putting on gloves. While eating my breakfast (which was quite tasty) I tried not to think about the mental image of the employee digging in his mouth. I contacted the cafe via their website after the fact to appraise the management of the situation. I like the place overall, and didn't want to go public with this complaint without first giving them a chance to respond, apologize, or admonish their employees to refraining from bareknuckled oral hygiene in front of customers. I have yet to hear back. So in their silence I take this directly to the people. Order coffee. And if you order breakfast, watch to see if the guy who takes your order first rubs his hands all over his face or places his fingers in his mouth. read more
