I loved this place when it was iTea & I still love it now!This is one of the only boba places I go to because everything about it is so nice. Staff is friendly, wait time is never long (at least for me), it's a nice place to sit in, the music is good & you can adjust your drink's sugar and ice levels. I like that you can always call ahead to place an order & that they always follow holiday themes (+ their stickers!). My favorite drink is their matcha milk tea!! I've tried other drinks that are just as good but matcha will always be my go to. I've tried matcha drinks from almost every boba place in the fresno/clovis area & they're just not the same. I had a bad experience the first time so I gave this place another try months later. I got the white peach oolong and it taste like water with a hint of peach. What a joke...did they just brew 1 tea leaf. There wasn't a lot of customers but we had to wait 15 minutes. Last time we waited 20 minutes and they actually forgot about our drinks. i've been a long-time customer of this boba store for years. sadly, i've decided that i'm not coming to this boba store ever again. one of the baristas, who'll be anonymous, has done egregious stuff: consistently stole change, played mix-and-match with drinks, an unnecessary wait-time for drinks, greediness for tips, and had repeatedly mistreated me & family multiple times. this employee targets people who they deem unalert, abnormal, or mentally slow. i'm writing this review, because i'm legitimately concerned for anyone's health and consumption due to the situation. this store allows employees to behave badly, as it's been exhibited and condoned by the owner. on a positive note, some of the baristas in the store has been okay to us. unfortunately, i cannot rate this review high... for the sake of new-coming customers. read more

Always my go-to place even before they remodeled! A lot of variety for the flavors and the toppings, and their snacks are my favorite!! The staff is always so sweet and kind. My boyfriend and I recently went on a night when they were packed, regardless they were still able to push out orders pretty quick! The only comment I would like to add is just their curly fries. Before, they had really crispy curly fries that were golden brown. It went perfect with the sweet sauce they always topped it off with. However, after we ordered it we noticed it was different. Slightly soggy, but we noticed it wasn't the same golden brown nor as curly as they would serve. I don't know if they possibly changed it, if they ran out, or maybe they were just too busy. If they did change it, it would be nice to have a heads up in advance :') but other than that, this place is great! read more

I had never been here before they remodeled, but it's so cute, i love it! Not only is the atmosphere but the drinks are soooo good! I got an earl grey milk tea with boba and it was hard to beat! I live nearby and it's not as expensive as places like Boba Pub so it's definitely convenient AND good! As a college student i appreciate that they're open late so I can grab some boba after a long day of class and work. Oh, they also have a great unique snack menu other boba places don't have! I genuinely adore this place. It's cute, they have a TON of options so I take forever to decide haha. Prices are decent. They have a self order kiosk in the corner if you don't want to order at the register. They have a rewards program! First time I think was a $2 off coupon if you put in your phone number. And if you fill out the online form, you can get a free drink for your birthday. The employees are always friendly and helpful. They also have some fun Asian food and snack options. Sorry this is gonna be long but it'll be worth the read. Used their karaoke machine but it didn't work and didn't get any refund or apology. They said it cost 2 tokens for 5 minutes of singing. 2 tokens cost $2. So we paid the cashier and went into the singing booth and put the tokens in and the timer started but it only gave us 2 minutes which is weird because the cashier said 5 minutes and even the machine itself says 2 token for 5 minutes. But we were like it's okay then we searched for a song on YouTube but it wasn't loading and the timer went out. So we told the cashier and the cashier went to get the manager and he tried it and said their wifi is too slow and he put in another 2 token for us. So instead of YouTube we chose from the "Singer" list so it wouldn't have loading issues. Again the timer started at 4 minutes instead of 5 which I was like ugh whatever. We chose a song and it started have issues again and wouldn't load. There's a download folder so we clicked on it to see if it was in there but it was empty and we only had 2 minutes left so we called the manager over again and told him it wasn't loading. He then clicked on the song and it started to download. He said that the song had to be downloaded first and there's no promises that whatever song we chose would've been pre downloaded. So I said okay yeah but no one told us that and we had to wait for our song to download. Downloading a song shouldn't be a part of the singing time. And it didn't even downloading the first time cause it was very slow. So now that the song started to download I asked if he was going to give us 2 more tokens cause by this time the timer had already run out. And he said "I already gave you 2 tokens" In my head I'm like yeah because your wifi wasn't working so we didn't even get to sing the first time. And the second time it still didn't work and the timer had run out already. Anyways I asked my sis what she wanted to do since she paid for it as I was inside the machine the manager told me to get out so he can fix it. I get out and my sis didn't want to wait anymore so we told the manager that we're in a rush and we weren't going to wait. And he said "Well I still gotta fix it anyways" and went back to fixing the machine and that was it. Didn't say sorry or didn't give us a refund or anything. But because it was only $2 and it seemed like they really needed we just let them keep it. My other sis got a boba while we were going to sing and the boba tasted like sink water. Wouldn't recommend at all. Bad boba, singing machine doesn't work, and bad manager. Sad because their boba used to be good but the last few times have been disappointing. read more
