I was immediately greeted by the nice young man. He was attentive and let me peruse the very large menu as this was my first time here. I wanted a passion fruit green tea, but sadly they were out of green tea. I didn't have time to wait so I ended up settling for the Strawberry tea. I didn't quite enjoy it but my kids loved it. This is a great spot to not only grab a yummy boba tea but also some solid food options as well! I'm always surprised at how quick the service is considering that whenever I've gone, it's just one person behind the counter. There is a variety of seating and my personal favorite as a student: plenty of outlets! The french fries were a 5/5! So crunchy, perfectly salted. I recommend the creamy garlic aioli sauce with them! I had a crème brûlée milk tea with boba. I'd give it a 4/5. I enjoyed the torched black sugar, I just wish there were a few more boba! The boba was on the softer side but still had a bit of chew to them. I also had a potato Kdog with half mozzarella and half hot dog. I loved the mozzarella and the corn dog batter was tasty too. Definitely a step up from the first time I visited over a year ago. I did not enjoy the drinks the first time I visited, but had a completely different experience this go around! We ordered the new Wellness Smoothie "Blue Cloud" a dupe for Erewhon smoothies. It has avocado, spirulina, 30g of protein & had a refreshing banana flavor. The service was welcoming & looked happy to be there. The inside had tables for both adults & children as well as educational toys to keep my toddler entertained. I really wanted to add this list to my routine favorites especially considering how nice the staff was and how fun the vibe in there is with the ample seating area along with all the board games. Buttttttt unfortunately everything we ordered was not to our liking. I really expected more from this place especially because of all the reviews from social media. Cute little drink spot! Cozy & has 2 small couches in front of the small kid tables & chairs with board games and toys to entertain the kids while the adults grab a drink! Indoor seating with one large table of 8 and 4 small tables for party of 2 and one that seats 4. Bathroom area clean as it is for customers use only. Wi-Fi provided which is nice. It's clean and really busy, not much place to sit kind of took on the kid/games area. Drinks: we ordered the viral dupe Erewhon smoothies Pink Glow, Blue Cloud & Thai tea. For food: popcorn chicken, hot Cheeto fries and garlic K dog. The pink glow and blue cloud just tasted like a basic fruit smoothie but the Thai tea wasn't tea-ing enough, too much milk needs more of the dense orange color tea. For the food the popcorn chicken was okay but the hot Cheetos fries were soggy and I was expecting the sauce to be a cheese sauce instead it was spicy mayo? The k-dog had too much garlic sauce on it. It was really intensely garlicky so a little goes a long way. I was very disappointed in the fries. I just tossed it. If you don't like something they do offer something else but it was just to try. Sadly I have to give this place 2 stars. The service was very friendly and the drinks were good but the food was not good. When we ordered garlic parmesan flavor we were expecting like a garlic butter with chunks of garlic and shredded parmesan but everything was smothered in a garlic aioli and parm from the shaker. It was actually very overwhelming how much was put on everything. The potato Korean corn dog was slightly undercooked and they did offer to make us a new one or something else. We went with the eggrolls those were very plain and lacked flavor. Not pictured but we got popcorn chicken as well and that lacked flavor as well but was the best item we had out of everything and that's not saying much. The fries were also soggy but looked over cooked. Also not pictured is another order of fries with hot Cheeto dust and what we thought would be cheese sauce but was their spicy sauce which I believe is their garlic aioli mixed with sriracha. Everything lacked flavor or was smothered in sauce and parm. All the drinks we got were delicious though. It's quite a far drive for me and I would not bother to drive that way for this spot again. If I happen to be in the area though I would go back for the drinks. My favorite is the blue cloud. This is a very clean and friendly place and I do hope they have a successful business, they just need to work on the food. Cute spot, super far drive. TBH I don't think I would come back but if I were to be around this area i probably would just order their wellness drink. I really enjoyed the pink glow & blue cloud. The banana matcha was kinda disappointing, lacking on the banana flavor. Although the service was great, the owner was super nice, very accommodating and considerate. The whole time our kids were playing with her son haha. I will say I was highly disappointed with the food options, the popcorn chicken came out hot and fresh but lacking on flavor and became super dry. The Korean corn dogs was just way too overwhelming with the garlic sauce, a light drizzle would've been ok. The fries weren't fresh and just over the top with the toppings, we thought the Cheeto fries had drizzled cheese/nacho cheese sauce but it was like a sweet spicy mayo. The garlic fries was drenched in garlic sauce not your traditional garlic fries. One of our cheese dogs the batter wasn't cooked throughly, nicely enough they let us swap out for eggrolls. Although it came out hot and fresh it was Lacking flavor. I'm going to just say skip the food and if you are around and want boba/tea the drinks are alright. One of the most wonderful things about this business is the owners - Aman and Anh! They are the sweetest, most generous, and hospitable people! Even though I love in a separate part of town and have about 20 boba shops between my house and My Tea Corner, I will drive past them all just to support these beautiful people! Their tea and treats are good as well! I love the milk tea with boba and the Chai is also so good! The mango passionfruit tea is also super refreshing and yummy as well as the matcha with strawberry! For snacks, the egg rolls are amazing! And for something unique, I highly recommend the dessert k-dog with cinnamon sugar on the outside and cheese on the inside! It might take your brain a minute to adjust to the idea but after 2 bites I promise you'll love it! I really like My Tea Corner. I got to try a lot of their offerings during an event and was wholly impressed. -Food/Price:: The menu is a thoughtfully offered selection. They've definitely put a lot of work into sourcing good ingredients and varied options from what we heard at the event - something I really appreciate. Even the boba are made in house, and are a special treat. They have caffeine free, and caffeine loaded offerings. One of my surprising favorites was the house signature coffee which is a Vietnamese style. Also, I've never had such good K-dogs. The batter has a nice bite and is not chewy compared to others I've had. The hot cheetos actually have flavor, and the churro dog with mozzarella is one of my new favorite things. -Service/Ambiance:: Service is fine. I called to order ahead one day, was told they only take orders through their website, and the website was down. So I only ended up ordering a drink because I didn't want to wait for the food, which is why I had called ahead. I checked today and the website was still down. No complaints otherwise. What stood out even more was how uncomfortable the work environment seems for the staff. The employees often look overworked, stressed, and like they're just trying to get through their shift. There's a lack of energy and warmth that you usually find in places with a healthy team culture. It feels like they're not being supported properly -- like they're expected to keep the place running without much guidance or care from higher up. You can sense there's poor communication and little direction, and that trickles down into slow service, mistakes in orders, and just an overall uneasy vibe. It doesn't seem like the staff are the issue -- if anything, it feels like they're doing the best they can in a poorly managed situation. Unfortunately, the problems seem to come from the top down. A solid 3.5 stars. I went grand opening to My Tea Corner. Beautiful establishment, with a good amount of seatings indoor. They have a easy to read menu right at the order station. Menu is not complicated have selections of drinks under - Milk tea and coffee, speciality drinks, fruit tea, and fruit freeze. They offer 4 different toppings - Boba, coffee jelly , grass jelly, and passion fruit jelly. If you want to substitute whole milk for oat milk it's $.75 extra. They also offer smalls bites from popcorn chicken, grilled chicken musubi, grilled lamb skewer, and fried mini squad. Two very interesting and different smalls bites I've never seen at a boba place before. They also make their OWN boba! How very cool is that. I didn't get any boba, but I will have to next to see how they are. ORDER REVIEW: My husband I ordered the Royal Milk Tea and Taro Ube Milk tea, both iced. We also did light ice, so it does come out looking less in your cup so don't be alarmed. My Royal Milk Tea unfortunately did tasted a little water down. My husband got the Taro Ube Milk tea and that was good. Great on the taste and you can tell they are using real taro and Ube in it. Brownie points on that because most places don't use real whole ingredients. The service was good, the young lady who took my order was friendly and checked my ticket to see what I ordered after waiting for my drink for a just a little bit. My Tea Corner is the new hotness in Fresno! They recently opened and hold a lot of promise for moving to our top stop for boba on fresno. They have an edge over some of the other local spots, including homemade boba and homemade syrups & jams. My standard is milk tea, but I went with the mint milk tea since they make their syrups in house. It was a solid 3* for me, because the tea flavor wasn't as bold as I prefer and the drink was a bit too sweet for me. My husband's passion fruit tea was everything though-- delicious, refreshing, and perfect sweetness level. The owners were there when we visited, and were very open to feedback and adjusting drinks to taste. They have a genuine passion for their craft, and even went to Taiwan to learn about boba tea from the source. read more

Wanted to like this place, but it was underwhelming and disappointing to say the least. The biggest takeaway was that house-made boba isn't any better than other boba, especially if the flavoring and preparation aren't as good. It's really neat to have freshly made boba, but the boba pearls ended up being good, but not great. The flavor wasn't there. Nor were the sizes as consistent as other boba places. Popping Ave is still superior in flavor, texture, and consistent size that doesn't get stuck in the straw. The drink itself was disappointing. I got a creme brulee and the flavor just wasn't there. Not to mention that if I wanted to get a non-dairy alternative, it's an additional 75 cents. Plus tax and tip, and you're looking at $10 for a drink! Overall, I don't see myself coming back when other places make better drinks, for cheaper, and sad to say, but fresh made boba was practically no different than other boba shops. I was unable to try any of their food items this time but ordered a few drinks like the strawberry matcha and coffee. The drink flavors themselves were good, but we were thrown off by the texture of the boba. The boba is made in store and you can catch them making it sometimes, so I may not be used to it. The texture wasn't as chewy as others and more so broke apart in the mouth. The staff were getting a bit confused with drink orders and didn't call our names so people that ordered after us accidentally took our drinks.
