TLDR: This was high quality food and experience with kind and patient staff. Glad we came here! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Decor is fun - they've got the marketing potential to drive business in Panguitch (may need to update their exterior sign at some point).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was kind and strategically paced (and tbf, eating with kids can be tricky as to know when we have needs). They were so nice to our children - really meaningful - they didn't mind that our kids pet the wooden downy-covered goat. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They also had a screen that had cat and dog videos (think cat fails, etc.) - my kids were giggling the whole time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got the Holy Goat Pastrami Burger - the size of the dish matches the cost, and was a great and classic flavor combination- the key difference was the pastrami was also grilled, so took on a bit of a bacon-y flavor to it. Mmm! We also got GF pancakes (also 3 HUGE pancakes). Kids got corn dogs and grilled cheese. As the dad, I ended up tasting all the food... The grilled cheese is SO cheesy! #worthit! But the star of the show (if anything was going to rise to the level of perfection), the batter for the corn dogs is the BEST I have ever tasted. Slightly sweet, balancing well with the hot dog. Fries came with everything (except the pancakes) they were alright. They were battered-style fries, and it was great that they were crispy...that style of fry just isn't my favorite and I didn't think it went all too well with the other dishes. Came in after a weekend in Bryce and was ready for a heavy breakfast. The menu has a large selection of breakfast items and lunch. I decided to go with the country fried chicken and was not disappointed. The gravy was savory and the chicken fried perfectly. I really wanted to get one of their fancy coffees but decided to just go with the regular cup of joe. They even had milk alternatives which was a great surprise. During our trip to Hatch, we decided to stop into the Flying Goat after it was recommended to us. It was such a fun cafe with a ton of goat decorations and even some mugs and shirts available for purchase. The food was honestly really good. I hate to say that I was somewhat surprised because usually a Veggie Omelette is pretty standard all around, but for some reason the Flying Goats was just a notch above the rest. The eggs were fluffy and there was a ton of veggies in each bite. The bacon I ordered was cooked just the way I like it. My fiancé and his mom both enjoyed their breakfasts as well. The portions were generous too, which was nice when we were hungry for breakfast the next morning but didn't feel like leaving our cabin. Definitely worth checking out if you're in town! read more

Food was fantastic and generous portions. I had the special- maple pecan pancake with bananas and sweet glaze and more pecans for $6.50. It was huge and had probably had $4.00 worth of pecans in it. Broke down on vacation and waiting for the shop to repair our vehicle. Searched this small town for food, and hopefully a place to sit and wait 5 hours. The staff was extremely accommodating and invited us to stay the entire time. April was our server for the entire visit, and she was an exceptionally good server and a very warm and friendly person! We started with breakfast, their vegetable with ham omelette and hash browns, we skipped the toast, too much food. The portions were large, and the food presentation and favor was excellent. We read books in between breakfast and lunch. We were going to walk to another local restaurant, but the food was so good we had to stay. The customers around us had similar experiences, excellent food and service. For lunch we shared a full 1/4 lb cheese burger, sweet potato fries and a side garden salad. Again just excellent food. The sweet potato fries were like a steak fry size, coated with cinnamon sugar and a light carmel sauce, not too sweet. Wow, best fries I've ever had in my life, from Chicago to the west coast ! This cafe is also a coffeehouse, so order anything you want. I had an iced mocha with chocolate drizzle. Wish I had taken some photos. read more

What a cute little place! We stopped here for breakfast on our way down to Zion. The food was EXCELLENT and the service was EXCELLENT. Our server (blonde lady can't remember her name) was so sweet.
