This was such a fun place! We happened across it by pure coincidence, but I'm so glad we stopped! This coffee shop is nestled in the side of a gas station. It is BEAUTIFUL inside! There are a TON of options for beverages and food! It definitely seems like a popular spot of the locals too! This was a cute little coffee shop in Orderville UT where I stopped for something on my way back into Zion. Parking is a little confusing - it's actually behind the place because the front is all gas station pumps. The staff here were friendly and helpful and made me a "version" of one of their lattes (the Milky Way mocha) using regular drip coffee because they were out of espresso. Tbh I'm not quite sure what happened but by the time I tasted the drink in my car, it really just tasted like drip coffee with plain simple syrup. I didn't pick up on any other flavor at all, no chocolate or caramel or any of the other things listed in the ingredients. It also didn't look creamy at all, it looked like drip coffee. I was in a hurry so I didn't turn around but I had to look at the receipt to make sure I'd ordered the right thing when I got back to Zion and I had indeed been charged for a Milky Way mocha. *shrugs* I liked the vibe in this place and again the staff were so nice! But the drink was very disappointing. I might go back for pastries or something, but not for a drink. read more

The shop is located in an old gas station garage and has a really cozy feel to it when you get inside. The staff were all very friendly and sweet. The coolest mechanic shop turned coffee shop. This place is a must for anyone traveling between Zion and Bryce Canyon on scenic Hwy 89. I'm becoming a regular as I find the coffee, pastries, and food to be consistently delicious. The space has been thoughtfully renovated, blending rustic charm with modern comfort. Sunlight pours through the windows creating a very inviting atmosphere perfect for mid-drive breaks. Friendly service and stunning views don't hurt either. Lots of cool nature inspired merch to browse and I always find myself grabbing something. They're open for breakfast and lunch, and closed Mondays. We stopped here recently on our way to Zion. The shop is really cute with some unique national park related merchandise for sale. I got an iced cinnabon latte and it was good. Not very sweet though. I have been coming here for years and feel like it's changed a lot. They are near the Sinclair and you can also find east Zion adventures inside. They sell a lot of merch, but the selection used to be more interesting. Price, service, speed are all average. Selection of drinks and food is good except there aren't many vegetarian items and they stop with the toasts at 11am which is a shame because the avo toast is one of the better vegetarian items. They have a lot of drink options these days but I usually stick to oatmilk lattes and those always taste excellent. The sugar cookies are also great. It's crowded inside though between the limited seating, EZA, people waiting for drinks and the merch. The line can get really long and backed up. The parking is limited and the lot is kind of stressful when it's busy. They don't have a restroom, you have to go into the Sinclair to use their restroom. 3 years ago I'd have given 5 stars but the most recent times I visited it felt chaotic and stressful and I didn't feel valued as a customer. read more

You wouldn't know it looking from the outside (it's attached to the gas station) but it's suuuuper cute on the inside with awesome coffee, food, and wonderfully curated souvenirs and gifts. If you don't want coffee, they also have tea and kombucha/functional drinks/soda in the case. Food options are quite varied for a cafe - sandwiches, pastries, oatmeal/açaí bowls, etc. Everything is delicious! Service is prompt and friendly and the line moves pretty quick. Bathrooms are next door at the gas station (also friendly) and kept clean. Definitely recommend if you're going to the national parks or just driving through on your way somewhere else. read more

I'm not exaggerating when I say this is my absolute favorite coffee spot I've ever been to. The atmosphere was so welcoming and comfy--it felt like the kind of place you could relax in for hours. The caramel praline frappe was incredible--hands down the best I've had. I also tried the Belgian waffle and the ham and egg croissant, and both were absolutely delicious. I'm honestly so sad this place isn't in my hometown (though it's probably a good thing, because I'd be there every morning). I was getting a little tired during my drive and saw that The Shop Coffee Co was still open so I stopped by to get a cold brew or a simple cup of coffee for the rest of my journey. There were several people in line so I walked around the shop admiring a bunch of the really cute handmade items, artsy decor, accessories, etc all for sale in their shop. I picked up a few things and got back in line to order. Once I finally got to the counter the barista in a baseball cap tells me, "I'm sorry we're closed." Huh? I spent over 10 minutes in there and no one told me they were closed or no longer taking orders. Not as I browsed, not as I stood in line to order. Maybe they missed me walking in and weren't able to give me a heads up but I would think once I was in line they could let me know? Or, since I was clearly looking to spend money, they'd make an exception and ring me up? I was the only person in the cafe that wasn't helped. I looked at the items in my hands and looked back at the person behind the counter who didn't even waiver. I was just too tired from a day of hiking and my travels to argue (though I wish I had pushed back a little, because wtf?). So I put back my (easily $60+ worth of souvenirs for my cousin) on the counter and walked out, mad at myself for wasting time I could have spent staying on the road and getting back to my hotel and bed more quickly. It's a shame. The place is really cute, which is why I give them 3 stars. If they carry local goods I don't want to turn people away from supporting their works by visiting but it was a truly disappointing level of service.
