This review is going to sound harsh because of all my complaints but there was just so many things to complain about, I actually held a few back because of character limit TLDR: This doctor might be pretty good for basic mundane stuff but if you're experience is like mine they will not take your pain seriously or give any information without you asking. Treatment was a joke. Superficially nice but compared to the other 2 chiropractors I've seen really disappointing. Really the worst medical appointment I've ever had. Really got covid isn't serious vibes from all the staff. I did not use their lack of covid protocols in my review score because many people don't mind but: **For imunocompromised people or people concerned about covid** I really got the impression they don't take COVID seriously at all. They have really antiquated covid information posted in the waiting room from over 2 years ago, all of which were telling you cherry picked information that was actually not true for the situation and was the opposite of CDC recommendations. One was about exercising with a mask I guess as an excuse for why they're not masked the other was about latex gloves which I guess is why they didn't wear latex gloves even though every medical professional knows about universal standard precautions. Let me get the good stuff out of the way first: super affordable and the nurse and the chiropractor we're both very likable that's why I gave them two stars instead of just one. Now for the bad stuff: I did not feel like they took my pain level seriously. I explained that without the 2 over the counter pain meds and three prescription medicines that I am on that my pain level is at a nine out of ten. I had knee repair surgery and the highest I rated my pain was at a six. I matched 6 miles with a broken foot and the pain is worse. Without medication I am crippled with the medication I am in constant pain and drop things all the time Has become a serious impediment to my Job. I can't sleep at night. That was NOT the case at Dr Patel's Surgery and Endoscopy Center. The facility was meticulously clean, everyone in uniform, etc. - companies underestimate the value of these details to the patient.
