I panicked and went to this place and in a couple of hours, the lady texted me saying the dress was ready! I measured the inseam to find the right leg 1/2" longer on both pairs. I returned believing this would be an easy fix. Instead I was met with hostility, being told the inseam measurement means nothing, that it was how I was looking at the jeans, and both pairs are perfect. He told me he was the tailor and that I didn't know what I was talking about. I'm only 5'2" so a 1/2" inch makes a noticeable difference. I was so surprised by his rudeness and hostility that trying to work towards resolution was fruitless. FWIW the inseam of the other pants in my closest are the same on the left and right legs. I gave two stars because they did a good job using the original hem and the jeans were ready a day early.
