They take no accountability and try to gaslight their way out of every situation. They hide behind being a "small business," but that doesn't excuse this kind of behavior. I honestly don't know if they're inexperienced or just have never worked with a Black woman's curves before, but not one, not two, but three of my dresses were completely botched.
