Unfortunately, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. I brought in a cotton shirt that I have had cleaned there several times before without any issue. The care label clearly indicates that it should be washed, not dry cleaned, and that bleach should never be used. When the shirt was returned to me this time, the collar and underarm areas had noticeable yellow staining that was not there before. It appears the garment was treated with chlorine bleach or another improper process, which can react badly with cotton and perspiration-related residue and permanently set discoloration. I brought the shirt back, and they sent it out again. A week later it was returned in the same condition. At that point, I purchased the exact same replacement shirt and provided proof of the $77 cost. I was not asking for cash back. I simply requested a store credit toward future cleaning. That request was refused. What made this even more frustrating was learning that none of the cleaning is actually done on site. The garments are sent to an outside facility. When I spoke with the owner, instead of trying to make things right, he pointed me to the fine print on the back of the receipt stating they are not responsible. That response was very disappointing. A business should stand behind its service, especially when a loyal customer has trusted them for years. Mistakes can happen in any business. What matters is how they are handled. In this case, there was no real accountability, no reasonable effort to preserve goodwill, and no willingness to offer even a store credit for a damaged garment. Based on this experience, I would urge others to be cautious, especially with items that require proper laundering instructions to be followed carefully. If something goes wrong, do not assume this business will take responsibility.

She said if I ruined her pretty Florida blue blanket I better go into witness protection. But I'm a bad kid who doesn't listen, so I took it to this highly rated establishment to try my luck. The people taking it were very friendly and understanding of my desire not to have to flee the country because my mom's blanket got ruined. They did an AMAZING job- no dry cleaning smell at all!!! The blanket looked (and smelled) amazing! The price was even more amazing, and they folded it up and gave me a nice little carrier so it wasn't all over the place. Stay far away from this place…read more My daughter was sent here by the dress shop where we bought her prom dress, and that was the first mistake. They completely took advantage of a 17 year old kid who was excited about her dress and trusted them. They talked her into a bunch of alterations and charged $450. What did we get for that? They butchered the dress. They cut way too much off the back straps so it no longer ties the way it was designed, and they removed the original manufacturer zipper to lower the back. When she got home, the bow couldn't even be done anymore and the "new" zipper they installed was already broken. We brought it back, and instead of owning it, they flat out denied touching the zipper, even though it was obviously replaced. Then they had the nerve to charge another $95 to "fix" it. At that point the original dress shop had to step in and call them out. Only then did they put the original zipper back in and still charged the full $450, didn't even complete the work they promised, and added another $65 charge for a "repair" they claimed they never did in the first place. So let's be clear: they overcharged, damaged the dress, lied about it, and then charged even more to cover their own mistakes. This isn't just bad service, it's dishonest, predatory behavior. They saw a young girl excited for prom and treated her like an easy target. Crooks. Liars. No accountability. Do not use them.

I thought the price was extremely fair as I thought it was going to be more but I think they are very reasonably priced.
