Prices vary since each vendor sets their own, so it's a mix of splurge-worthy items and super affordable gems. I walked out with a new mug and some adorable little spoons. Have been going here for years. They have a great selection of plants. Most recently I requested a…read morespecific plant and asked if they could get it. It is a bit unusual, and wanted a larger size one, so I wasn't sure if they would be able to get what I wanted. Just 2 weeks later they called and said it was in and ready for pick up. The plants are exactly what I wanted. A few things to note: 1. They don't take plant orders, but they do take requests. I think this is because there is no guarantee they can get it. 2. You have to pay over the phone if you want them to hold on to for you. I couldn't pick it up for about 5 days so I paid over the phone and they held on to it for me. 3. They are a bit pricey, in general, their prices are a bit higher than other nurseries, but the quality is also very high. I'll definitely keep going here for my specialty plant needs.

Fifty dollars for a small perennial is exorbitant especially close to the end of the growing season . Simply too expensive. Broadway gardens in South Portland is more reasonable with prices clearly displayed. Case in point: for the same selection and number of perennials total was $280 at Estabrooks versus $124 at Broadway. A huge difference in pricing.
