One time I went to pick up my things at 10 am and the store wasn't even open as her sign said she is. I called with no answer. I sat and waited for her to arrive which is wasting my time. He REFUSED. He said "about a week, you call me". His phone is not set up to take voice mails. I waited 2 weeks, then called. After waiting on hold for 12 minutes he came back and said they were ready. Then he called me back 5 minutes later and said they were NOT ready. I said, see you next week. I picked up my pants and when I got home I realized that instead of taking the waist OUT by about 2 inches, he took it IN by about 2 inches. That cannot be fixed. Now the two best wool business suits I have ever owned in 70 years are trash cause I can't get them on my 35 inch waist. I'm not even fat let alone obese. But Jerry destroyed two cashmere wool suits worth about $1,500 each. When I tried to talk to him he goes into his "I no so good at english" mode. 40 years in america and he only speaks Italian. "WHATTA you mean" he says. then hangs up on me. RUN AWAY from this guy. In my opinion he is senile at best.

I dropped off my daughter's dress on Friday, 6/5/2026 to have a strapped fixes. It was my first…read moretime ever using this location and company. I went to pick it up on Wednesday 6/10/2026 and when we got it home we noticed it had two wholes in the bust of the dress and it had shrunken. The next day my daughter returned and explained the issues. They first denied any wrong doing and explained they presses and steamed the dress. We showed the tag which said hang dry and don't use heat. The kept the dress for repair to pick up the next day and we reminded them do not press or use heat. When we return we stated it was not pressed and the reply was that it was pressed as they presses everything. We informed them the dress can not take heat and we ask for it not to be presses. She sated this was not communicated and it was. Now the dress is to small, in fact small than the day before. I've basically paid for a strap on a dress that can't be worn. No apology, no refund and I have to replace a $130 dress which will cost more because I have to drive around to find a replacement in a week. For a first time customer this was a horrible experience and the staff didnt care
