Sexy Pizza is basically your everyday cheap pizza place. It's fine, but not something you go recommending to all of your friends. Now that's not to say it doesn't have its strong points. I love that they use Boylan Soda for their fountain machine and that pizza slices are just $1 on Wednesdays. Granted you're limited to cheese or pepperoni, but it's still a good deal. I ordered delivery this evening from Sexy Pizza. Unfortunately, they got my order wrong. Fortunately, it was still flipping delicious. It wasn't TOO far off... I ordered a veggie pizza and they gave me a calzone. I'm not one to get too worked up over that, and the calzone was good. Also, can I just say that I LOVE that they offer vegan cheese?! I have a dairy allergy so usually pizza is a no-go for me, so I was really excited to find that they had vegan options that allow me to avoid dairy. The only downside of this experience was that it took 1.5 hours for delivery (which was why I took a star away). I would order again if I have the time to wait. Pizza was good but service was awful. I don't think I've ever wrote a less than 5 star review before but I felt like I needed to. I wanted pizza and wings so I called in an order. The person on the phone said the wings suck so I got garlic knots instead. I very specifically asked for 5 extra dipping sauces and said I'd pay whatever. I'm a server/bartender so I tipped $15 for a $40 takeout order which I felt was extremely generous. When I got home I didn't see any dipping sauces so I called back and Rowdy, the one who I tipped and who took my order, answered and I asked about the dipping sauces and he wasn't very nice. I asked if I could come back and get them and he said I had to pay for them first over the phone or I couldn't get them. I had already started driving back there and forgot my wallet. Honestly the pizza here is legit. What is not legit is their ordering process nor their timing. My conclusion is you SHOULD NEVER order for pickup. In fact you shouldn't even walk in and order. I believe they must be loyal to the app delivery services because they would be out of business with how awful they are with timing. It's too bad, too, but you're better off ordering from pretty much ANYWHERE else. For some psychotic reason 4 of the 5 times I ordered from these guys my pizza was ready 20-40 minutes after they promised. I complained, I wrote emails. I tried to suggest better ordering (definitely don't order from their online system through their website, that is NOT the app they have to pay attention to). Even though I'm literally 300 feet from this place, delivery has never been under an hour and 30 minutes. Which.. okay.. shame on me. Stop being so lazy. Just get pickup. So okay I took my own advice and have only done pickup since then. It's never once been ready when I show up to pick it up so I've learned to give it a few extra minutes. My most recent pickup order, I waited an extra 10 minutes past the pickup time to come in. When I arrived, I was told my pizza was "going in" right then. Going in? As in still uncooked. No apology. Was told to come back in 15 minutes. I gave them 20 and was wrapping up a phone call out front and the same rude person who informed me my pizza was going in after it should have been ready interrupts me to have me pick up my pizza that I had already tried to pick up. At 3am when I ate this, this pizza was life changing. We just ordered a large cheese and it was surprisingly delicious!! A number of people have recommended this pizza joint to me so I thought I would try it out. I ordered 2 slices to go. They didn't have the pizza I wanted so I ordered the meat pizza. At least that is what I think it was. I got the pizza and went back to work. When I sat down to eat the pizza, the slices were stacked on top of each other. Besides receiving a pizza sandwich, it was so burnt that you couldn't eat it. If I was not at work, I would have returned it for my money back. This place has pretty decent pizza and service is pretty quick. I had a slice of pepperoni and a slice of cheese (adventurous I know.) but they had plenty of variety that were ready to serve and individualized slices were quick and easy as well. They have a brand of soda that I've never seen before but the cream soda was absolutely amazing! We also got a side of garlic bread with mozzarella on top and it tasted great. The bread was super soft, there was enough butter to have enough on each piece without being soggy or overpowering, and the mozzarella tore apart super easily and kicked the flavor up a notch. My only gripe with this place is the size. It's a pretty tight squeeze in there and a few of us had to stand. If I was in the area and was craving a slice I'd drop by. Lazy rude service. Ordered a pizza, was told 20 minutes. Showed up 25 minutes later, and was told that it would still be a few minutes. No problem. Was asked to pay and have a seat. Five minutes later, I see my pie go into he oven. I ask if they had forgotten my pie, and was yelled at by some guy with a backwards hat and a beard that "they were busy and it was going in now".
