I ordered the chilaquiles. The chilaquiles themselves were excellent. The flavor was robust, the sauce was smooth, and the chips held their texture surprisingly well. Unfortunately, that's where the meal began to lose momentum. The beans were watery and the flavor just wasn't right. The rice appeared to be basmati rice with dehydrated peas and carrots mixed in. I took a few bites and ultimately left both sides untouched. My wife ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese burrito. We were surprised to learn it used mozzarella cheese rather than Oaxacan cheese. Different, but not necessarily bad. What caught us off guard was the inclusion of red bell peppers throughout the burrito, which wasn't disclosed on the menu. Again, not a deal breaker, but something worth noting. The potatoes were also a bit firm and could have benefited from a few more minutes on the griddle.
