I had my boyfriend go pick up 3 brisket tacos for me and he ordered a brisket quesadilla for himself. The tacos had lots of brisket and were topped with red salsa and a cabbage slaw. There were lime slices served on the side. My boyfriend's quesadilla was HUGE and packed full of brisket and cheese. It was served with sour cream and red salsa. Our food was soo good! The brisket was smoked well and relatively tender. All of our food was hot and delicious! Now, I gave this place 2 stars for two reasons: first of all, the food truck was late. They were scheduled to be open at 4 so my boyfriend arrived at that time. Well, they didn't end up taking orders until about 4:20. We didn't get our order until 4:50 which is absolutely ridiculous. The second reason is that the food came in styrofoam to-go containers. The containers were not lined with aluminum foil, so the piping hot quesadilla started melting the styrofoam. My boyfriend didn't notice until he finished all of his food and we are not sure at this point how much styrofoam we ingested. Fix these two issues and they could have at least a 4 star truck.

The mac and cheese are also great. All in all, a diverse menu and yummy. The only downside? Turnaround time is NOT fast. I was customer #1 and my order took close to 25 minutes to prep. Quality food does take time but food truck customers tend to expect food a bit faster.

The carne asada is juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly how it should be. The verde sauce was a revelation--a pure adrenaline rush straight to green-painted Flavor Town. The aguas frescas deserve special recognition. They're refreshing, delicious, and likely one of the reasons people keep coming back. And the breakfast burritos? FAT. The kind of burritos that make you question whether you need another meal that day. You will not leave hungry, and if you somehow do, that's probably a you problem. Now, let's be clear: this is a food truck. Don't come expecting a full-service restaurant experience. There is outdoor seating with shade and a swamp cooler to help combat the Arizona heat, but the real attraction here is the food.

The gentleman greeted us and everyone was so nice and welcoming. I decided to try some new things & old things. The Torta! Wow, amazing. I loved the Telera bread, with the Asada & Al Pastor, lettuce, cilantro, jalapeño, onion, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, and green sauce. Everything was delicious, fresh, and the flavor was amazing. I would recommend. Horchata! I don't remember what is all in this but it's so freaking delicious! Cinnamon Toast Crunch Milk flavor that just hits differently. It's sweet , but so tasty. I never got to the burrito & took it home. The Torta was so big I could only eat half. My beautiful wife loved the queso tacos with Asada and was very happy. She also got the watermelon Fresca and I tried it. Like a piece of watermelon in a cup. Phenomenal flavor. I literally stumbled onto this gem and would definitely go back if in the area. Love the setup with the dining room. Such a nice break from the road. It was noisy for a bit when what sounded like an airplane took off. That surprised me. The service was very good

I was so glad they made it out again as I had a great experience the last time. I waited about 30 minutes between standing in line to picking up my order. It was reasonable given the large crowd at this event. Their menu was slightly different than what I remembered on my first visit but nonetheless, I ended up ordering the pork adobe plate and lumpias. Now, they offered 2 versions of the pork adobe this time around - the plate and bowl with the plate being a dollar more. When I ordered the pork adobe plate last time, it came in a standard to-go box with the pork, rice, and 2 or 3 lumpias. What I received this time was their bowl and no additional lumpias beyond what I ordered separately (9 mini lumpias). I was confused when I received my order but I wasn't going to make a big deal over a dollar difference. The staff here was great and helped me pack my lumpia order into a box when I told them that I was going to take everything home to eat instead of at the event. Many of their items were served in small paper trays so this was very much appreciated for them to be able to help me bring everything home easier. The pork adobe was exactly as I remembered last time; absolutely delicious and tender. Sadly, I had a big bay leaf in my order and accidently started to eat it as I didn't see it. That was a not so nice surprise. The lumpias were really miniature but packed a lot of great flavor. If I can buy them on a regular basis, I would happily do so. I hope I can run into them again soon!

Calamansi juice is a rare sight so I was excited to try it. Instead, I got a 8.4 oz grocery can where calamansi isn't even the main ingredient. Even worse, it was at room temperature when the weather was hot. The BBQ skewer was cold and thus not very enjoyable. At least the lumpia was warm and crispy. I was supposed to get 9 but I really got 8.5 since one of the lumpias was half the size of the others. Overall, I had better value for food at other food trucks.

I started with a blueberry mule mocktail and it was perfection and then I had the small side salad made with carrots, cucumbers, and spring mix and lemon vinaigrette, and it was my favorite I've ever had and then I finished with the Bolognese that has a cream sauce that is to die for. Best Bolognese in town in my opinion. The staff was more than accommodating. I showed up in my work attire, definitely not dressed for this restaurant and from the hostess all the way to my server and bartender and everyone treated me with the upmost respect. They moved me to a better table, and for the inconvenience gave me another mocktail. This is absolutely my favorite absolutely 100% amazing. The bartenders are amazing however we are sad our normal peeps have left. Tonight Sean KILLED it with us and so glad he was still there since first meeting him on Halloween. Honestly the reason for 4 stars is the fact the drunken wifey is gone and the 3% credit card fee. We have been coming here for a little over 5 years and never had to pay that. Wild change and slightly bs. You already charge a lot for food and drinks (increases over the years are noticeable with management changes) but when you always have a rather large bill usually $700-sometimes over $1000 depending on the kind of evening we're having it is going to be very noticeable. A change like that needs to be more obvious, minus a little print at the bottom of the menu. No one even noticed (since we really didn't need the menu to order) nor did our server. It truly makes me want to give you a three star but I can't discredit the hard working staff and people in the kitchen, as it is clearly the change of new management and the "rebuild" from the beginning of the year. It speaks volumes to a group that has been dedicated to the Americano since March of 2020 and now makes us wonder if it's time to move onto a different restaurant.
