Their downfall is their communication and customer service: I was never given a phone call to let me know my car was ready. My insurance company called and asked why I have not returned my rental car after 5 days of my car being ready. FIVE DAYS! The work was fast and good quality, but I have had the same quality at a large chain body shop with better customer service.
