We honestly wanted to resort to one parent to another and one human to another since we're adults and we felt like we should be able to other, and then soon after that, Cps showed up at my door we were thrown in jail. Our civil rights were violated federal and state laws were protect us from the illegal conduct that was conducted by the police officials the tow truck drivers the RV park manager of the residence where we reside at, and they kidnapped. Our kid illegally taking her from our care, placing her into foster care where she still at. All of our stuff was paid up for the month. We didn't owe no electric no water no rent park manager had our stuff illegally towed off on the 24th nine days after we were arrested claiming that we caused a disturbance and guess who told stuff off Sam Piper the lead of his grandkids when I got out I let him know that I was going to be getting $2200 to get her to get my RV back since he said my car had been picked up by the finance company. There is nothing they could do about my car, but not to mention they stole everything out of my car down to my daughter's car seat, the finance company of my car took pictures before they took it off their toe lot and there is nothing in my car. We had over 1000 that 2000 worth of personal property. Then Sam gave me his personal he said that he didn't want me to business about this matter on the business number that I needed to contact his personal cell phone number he gave me the wrong number and I have been trying to contact him for three days about picking up my RV and I wasn't getting a response so I finally called back the business number to figure out what was going on and why Sam wasn't responding only to find out that I had the wrong number then he claimed it was too late for the RV that it had been sold and I couldn't get my RV back when he knew that I was trying to recover it from their yard, but still went ahead and sold it right underneath us we were get all the paperwork and all the documents we had it all to provide plus the money to get it. I asked him where the RV was. He declined to let me know where it's at, kept me from being able to go to my RV to get my personal property, but he himself RV twice to get me personal property that he claimed that he could only get things not everything declined to let me even get my personal property from it said it was sold with the RV I would not trust this company. They are not good they lie they steal from their clients they give wrong numbers out to be able to do the business that you need to to retrieve your items. They are not good I've been asking the owner Kathy's number to get in touch with her and they refuse to give it to me. They refuse to give me the location where my RV was they kept diverting me spinning, my wheels costing time, etc..

This choice of service provider is M & B Auto Repair. I generally chose maintenance services to gage the attempted gouges many repair shops attempt to inflict. Overall safety inspection and oil change were the services requested. The 2008 Lexus RX350, had a complete check in August in anticipation of an 1100 mile trip, and headlights/high beams changed to LED for better night time visibility , so very little was needed. I had an early Wednesday appointment , so I dropped it off Tuesday afternoon. The shop called with an update right before closing Tuesday. Along with the oil change, I needed a belt replaced. Been quite a while since that was done , so I was very satisfied with the discovery. The work was completed just after noon on Wednesday. Bill was just over $200 and I'm not feeling gouged, overlooked or abused. Best way to feel after getting work done on your car. Thank you to the gentlemen at M & B Auto Repair... we will be back!

But the fact that I had to fight for over an hour for a reasonable price after experiencing an accident is despicable. Do yourself a favor and have them tow it to E&E Collision Center.

Usually the license plate confirmation is supposed to catch if people accident miss a letter in their license plate, but there's does NOT do that. A simple fix to their already shitty website would help out so many people but they do not fix it so they can make more money. They also play the 'thats just the state law' card which is also flimsy when it is the towing company making it hard for people to do the right thing. However, the complex allows this scam of a business to do as they please. Not only has my vehicle been towed, although I am legally registered on a lease, but they randomly tow resident's vehicles by their own whim to raise money. Their portal glitches and you pay the consequences. I guess it's also not surprising they are not BBB affiliated. I can only imagine what the complaints would be. When you go to pick up your vehicle, the price not only changes, but they demand cash. However, their is a sign, which I have attached, which says they must allow debit cards. The service desk worker claims to know nothing about the portal, the business, or who to contact regarding complaints or emergencies. My vehicle was completely unlocked, despite having been locked whenever it was towed. The vehicle also smelled like cologne and marijuana. Why would a tow truck driver or anyone from this business need to unlock and enter a vehicle? While leaving the impound lot, another tow truck pulling a vehicle came flying by, almost hit me and my girlfriend's car and laid on his horn. What type of barbaric, unprofessional employees do you have working for you? All these are questions that an attorney will be asking both Rapid Recovery, as well as The Halston Apartment Complex. This scam will end.
