This company is an illegal, criminally negligent entity, attempting to make money any way they can…read more The Halston Apartment complex uses this illegal organization for parking. However, the complex allows this scam of a business to do as they please. Not only has my vehicle been towed, although I am legally registered on a lease, but they randomly tow resident's vehicles by their own whim to raise money. Their portal glitches and you pay the consequences. I guess it's also not surprising they are not BBB affiliated. I can only imagine what the complaints would be. When you go to pick up your vehicle, the price not only changes, but they demand cash. However, their is a sign, which I have attached, which says they must allow debit cards. The service desk worker claims to know nothing about the portal, the business, or who to contact regarding complaints or emergencies. My vehicle was completely unlocked, despite having been locked whenever it was towed. The vehicle also smelled like cologne and marijuana. Why would a tow truck driver or anyone from this business need to unlock and enter a vehicle? While leaving the impound lot, another tow truck pulling a vehicle came flying by, almost hit me and my girlfriend's car and laid on his horn.
