We used them for house cleaning about 4-5 times. We originally had Wednesdays scheduled, then switched to Mondays. Then, completely out of nowhere, they simply stopped showing up. I texted the person coordinating our cleanings three separate times and received no response. I then contacted another person associated with the business, who replied and said she would follow up with her nephew. After that, nothing. That was by far the most frustrating part: no cancellation, no explanation, no response -- they just ghosted us. It was also disappointing because every time we hire a new cleaner, there is time involved in showing them the house, explaining what needs to be done, and establishing a routine. After doing that with this team, it ended up feeling like a complete waste of our time. We also experienced a change in pricing from what was discussed during the initial walkthrough, which added to the frustration. With young kids, we rely on having dependable help and can't easily absorb a cleaner simply not showing up. I understand if a business can no longer accommodate a client, but sending a simple message is the bare minimum. The lack of communication was extremely unprofessional.

The service needed was two bathrooms and 1 vacant bedroom deep cleaned, plus the exterior of second windows which could be reached from the inside. They completed all of this work in roughly 3 hours, and they made the most of this time, vacuuming and wiping down every surface. At one point I watched as a team member cleaned in the gap between where the hardwood floor and the baseboard should connect, but since it's and older house these had become warped and dirt had gotten between there. In the end all the cleaned areas shined like new. As an added note, we live with two pets, cat and dog and the team was comfortable to work around both animals, who were curious what was going on in the house. I would absolutely hire them again. They also left dirty dishes (they were a handful of glasses and bowl), which according to their site is part of basic cleaning service. Horrible service! Stay away from them, not a reliable and professional cleaning company. We had a standard house cleaning job scheduled with them. The cleaners came and did such a bad job. There were hair left everywhere, they did not vacuum the carpet, let dirty dishes, windows were left uncleaned, garage sweeping was included too but they forgot to sweep the garage. The cleaners did not even let us inspect our house after finishing the job and just left because they knew how horrible they did. I had to call the owner and send them the pictures for their terrible job, the owner sent the cleaner again to our place after 3 hours. One of the guy who came back had such an attitude problem and was so unprofessional as I walked him through all the things they did not do even though we were paying for those services.
