All the furniture, every baseboard, a bathroom *full* of hard water stains, the kitchen and inside *all* the appliances, window sills and inside of all the windows - plus more mini-blinds than you can imagine. After posting this review, we were able to schedule a second cleaning with Lorhany, after one or two requests and a few reschedules. She and her assistant came and were still unable to complete the things that they had missed the first time. We agreed that it was fine and that they could address these items on the following visit (clean the oven, etc) as they had spent their agreed time. We found that in even the second visit that her assistant was extremely slow and inefficient, leaving little accomplished. We assumed that she was in training the first time, but did not seem to be as efficient as Lorhany, even the second time. We scheduled again for a third visit after contacting her many times, and this was rescheduled four times. The last time that they canceled on the day of, which required me to stay home and wait for them, we decided it was too much work to continue with the service. They say it was COVID, but we never heard back from her to reschedule, either. We really appreciate the first deep cleaning, like Lorhany and wish her the best, however, our initial review proved to not be reliable. This cleaning service cost more than double of our previous housekeeper, and left me in the lurch multiple times. read more
