It really felt like she went above and beyond, and I could tell she put a lot of time and effort into making everything look clean and organized. Unfortunately, the second cleaning felt a bit rushed, possibly because she had another appointment afterward. Once she was finished, she seemed to be in a rush to leave and I didn't really get a chance to walk through and double-check that everything was good to go before she left. I would have appreciated having a few minutes to look everything over and point out anything that may have been missed. It also didn't feel like the same level of care or attention to detail was given this time. I noticed some dirty spots that weren't completely wiped down or vacuumed, and one of my floors wasn't as spotless as it was after the first cleaning, so I don't think it was fully mopped. My room also didn't have that same clean and organized feeling it had after the first visit. The first time, the stairs in my hallway were also cleaned, but during the second visit I was told that the stairway wasn't included and would be an additional cost. That was a little confusing since it had been done during my previous cleaning. Overall, my first experience was excellent and genuinely felt like the cleaner went above and beyond. The second cleaning just wasn't as thorough or consistent, which was disappointing since I specifically rebooked the same cleaner based on how impressed I was the first time. That being said, I still trust this cleaning company more than others I've tried and would continue to use them. I just hope future cleanings are more consistent with the quality, effort, and attention to detail I received the first time.

It's totally possible it was just an off day because she had some car trouble in the morning. I asked her to clean one empty room - tenant had just moved out - and 3 bathrooms. They weren't very dirty - unbeknownst to me the tenants actually had a house cleaner coming on a weekly basis. I let them in and then left and came by later to check everything out. Empty room was not cleaned. This could have been a miscommunication on my part but if it's empty, I assumed they would clean any accumulated dust on the baseboards, near the 1 window, that kind of thing. Nope. Then I checked the bathrooms. There were still hairs in the sinks that I had to go back and clean. It really didn't seem like they did anything. I confronted her about this. instead of owning up to it, she got very defensive and told me I didn't need to pay, that God would know what she did. I'm not that person so I did send her money for her time but obviously the whole experience left a bad taste.

Prices are extremely reasonable and fair. They were on time, friendly and detail oriented. Cleaning is hard work and there is no way I could have done as much cleaning in the allotted time. I am hooked on hiring cleaners now. LOL. There is a little bit of a language barrier but nothing that should stop you from hiring them. To put it in perspective, my house has been undergoing some remodel work in the past few months....dust, stains and whatever else was everywhere. Remodeling is just a messy process no matter how much you try to protect your things. Now that the remodel is close to completion, I was dreading moving back because it would mean a lot of work (i.e., cleaning and organizing). She came with a helper and the two of them were able to clean the place in 2.5hrs. Their work was very good, the place was mostly clean and we only needed touch ups. So will be able to tell more after we move in, and use her in future. Overall, pretty good job and reasonable.
