The lead time was a bit long, but I didn't mind too much. Communication was at the right times and good. The detailer was courteous and helpful when I was reviewing the vehicle. A Complete Detail as per their website consists of the following: Interior - Full vacuum - Surface dusting - Carpet/upholstery stain treatment - Carpet/upholstery shampoo - Rubber floor mat cleaning and shine - Door jamb cleaning - Leather, dash, and center console steam cleaning - Leather conditioner applied - Interior/exterior glass clean Exterior - Hand car wash​ - Bug removal - Spray wax - Tire dressing One of my coworkers happens to be a car detailer who took a quick look at it afterward as I was curious as to how it was, I thought it looked pretty good! Unfortunately, they noted a few issues going through the vehicle. The tire dressing was done well and looked nice, but the door jambs had leaves and dirt around the seals. The backseat had some sort of hair or fur along the headrests still and there were some spots around the edges of the backseat that had glitter/dirt on them still. The trunk was missed completely, but as the trunk is key operated I don't fault them too much for not accessing it from the backseat. The floor mats were cleaned but had spotty gunk or discoloration on them that I could remove with a fingernail. The same issue was present on the dash and my coworker mentioned that the trim panels had not been cleaned with a brush, meaning the joints between panels were still dirty. The center console and displays were cleaned very well and the upholstery looks new, which is impressive for a car that can legally drink! They did a really nice job of cleaning the doors and floors as well. Overall, I think I overpaid a bit for what I received, but I am not horrified with what I got. The detailers did do each bullet point to some degree, but I think there could be some spots of improvement. They have reached out and offered to schedule a follow-up to correct these issues and were very respectful and prompt. In their follow-up, they redid much of the work they had done and paid close attention to the problem spots I had mentioned. Rhett was very courteous and detailed, making sure to clean each spot I had mentioned. Afterward, I am very happy with how clean my vehicle is and would recommend these details to anyone interested. I am very busy and don't often have time for some of these tasks and they are awesome in being flexible, as well as mobile so I don't have to arrange a ride or leave my vehicle anywhere other than home!
