They are family-run business (Serhii, his brother and family members do all the work), Serhii is a great communicator and he responded to my detailed questions in writing very clearly while some other contractors don't care to spend that time/effort. Their pricing is also pretty fair. During the project they worked hard and kept the schedule as promised. During the process some unanticipated issues came up and they showed flexibility and willingness to change the scope of the project and schedule accordingly. They are detail oriented. After we had them reinstall all baseboards there was one place we were not quite happy, they came back and fixed it. The end result was beautiful and it had been a great experience working with Serhii and his family crew! Northwest Flooring is definitely at the top of my list for any of our future hardwood flooring needs!

We wanted the floors revived and refinished before we moved in, and Vlad and his brothers were communicative, transparent, quick, and professional. Our project was split into multiple steps (because of us, not them) and they graciously planned around us and came back multiple times throughout the project. They even gave us the suggestion of starting the floors, and then coming back to finish them after we finished painting walls because of dust, debris, etc., to make sure we were happiest with the end result. When we had questions or any concerns, they were quick to call, give tips, and come back to assess or change something based on our preferences. They even gave us some of the product they used so we could match our baseboards and fill them the way they suggested. I would highly recommend them for any flooring project.

My experience with Zeb of Woolman was mostly a pleasant experience. When I inquired about a quote…read moreZeb was quick to come out and take a look at my cracked floors. I was looking to have my cracks patched and an epoxy coating applied just to make things look new. After a very informational meeting Zeb quoted me for the work and I felt comfortable using his services and he was able to fit me into his schedule quickly. Zeb and I arranged a meet up the following day and I paid half down for materials. Fast forward to day the work was to begin and no show from Zeb. I reach out by text and he let's me know he was unable to get his supplies because of a mix up, but assured me he would be out the following day. The next day work began and things were going along well aside from the freezing cold weather. After several days of delays because of the cold weather Zeb was able to complete my work and it looked fantastic. He told me to keep off the floors for 24 hours and not to park on it for 48 hours. I waited 48 hours to walk on it because I wanted to ensure it was dry as to not ruin the coating. I also waited a full week to park on it as a precaution. Though I did notice some bubbles and pitting which I reached out to Zeb about. He promised to be out in the next few days to fix the spots. After a few days I text him again, another delay....he is trying to finish me while in the area for another job. Continually I reached out to Zeb and everytime I was given another excuse and another delay. During this time I began parking my car in the garage. I noticed that any water left light stains in the epoxy coating. I was assured that I could rinse my floors with water by Zeb without any effect to the coating. Finally having enough of the excuses and delays I text demanding he come fix it or refund....days go by no word back from Zeb....call Zeb and straight to voicemail.....so here I am left with subpar floors, a 2 year warranty that isn't being honored and out the money I've paid for his services.

Each of his crew was very respectful and demonstrated excellent craftsmen-ship. Shane's pricing was very reasonable and fair. He did a great job explaining his process and I can attest that his customer service and pride in workmanship was equally impressive. Shane saw very small areas for touch up that I had not noticed, and I am very picky. He had these re-done without any prompting from me. Great pricing, excellent customer service, and a beautiful finished exterior on our home cannot be beat! We will use Performance Painting again and recommend their services without any hesitation. Plus, Shane is a great guy with a good sense of humor!

The painters were great, very communicative, showed up on time and did what they said. We walked the process and they took care of any minor issues along the way.
