Since our home needed re-roofing at that time as well, Rob was quite willing to work to a schedule that would permit the roofers to replace the facias and other related wooden roof elements that needed work, have Pacific Painting do their work, and then have the roofers complete their job. Our experience with Pacific Painting was outstanding. Carlos, the project manager, could not have been any more cooperative and helpful in handling his responsibilities. Elite remodel assisted with a complete remodel of a condo that had a slab leak. They replaced all…read morethe plumbing, redesigned the kitchen for functionality and aesthetic. The cabinetry and countertops are are stunning. They installed barn doors for space efficiency in a small unit. Elite installed new sliding glass doors and a beautiful new front door. They overhauled a dingy laundry cabinet to make it look like it was newly constructed. In doing so they identified an electrical issue that was not to code and they rectified it. They installed new flooring and lighting throughout the unit. They also identified an issue with the water heater and recommended a replacement. As with most construction, there were delays and set backs however overall the job was well done and the remodel was completed to my satisfaction.
