Absolute shit customer service from Asian or Pacific Islander women. After calling again, she said she's no longer accepting our order because we ordered from the parking lot when she just told us we can move to the next door lot. Petty, unprofessional, and lacking basic customer service skill. High on a power trip. Sadly, one extremely poor experience ruins all prior good experiences. EDIT: A white girl inside helped my husband and let us know that the manager would not be in until later and asked if there was anything further she could do to help.
