She needs more training. There's another new one who is not certified. The level 1 class is too easy and there are not enough 1.5 classes. I hope they get a few better instructors and offer more 1.5 classes so I can get the most out of my unlimited class membership this summer.

We ended up choosing SOL SUP since it was closer to us in SouthHampton. This was the first time doing SUP yoga and it was a blast. I consider myself a seasoned yoga practitioner on land practicing 6-7 times a week but yoga on a paddle board was a whole new experience that was very humbling and challenging. The instructor, Kristine was awesome. You will fall in love with her personality and her instructions were easy to understand. The boards were brand new and made specifically for SUP yoga. I will definitely go back to her when I visit the Hamptons again.

Unfortunately, due to kids and traffic, we (3 of us went) were late which I am usually 30 min early for class. So I was nervous they would not let us in and so very grateful they did. They were in the middle of the warm-up which is fairly basic. In the studio, I normally go to they encourage advance options even in the beginning so I was jumping back instead of stepping back. This was just normal for me. At first, the teacher hovered over me, then he knelt down and stated with a very big degrading attitude "If you would like to do your own warm up you can do it out there where it's totally free". I was so taken aback and embarrassed totally ruined the overpriced $33 class for me. By no means was I trying to be disrespectful and he could have handled this totally differently. It's sad that the instructor had such an entitled Hamptons attitude.

Then came across this spot. They offered 3 classes today $20 for your first time. I would have done their special 4 classes for $99 unfortunately I won't be here that long. Our instructor was young positive and full of energy. She tailored to the clients individual needs. I was the youngest one in class besides the instructor. Age range 40-65 with half men and half women. You start on your rower for sprints and cardio then move to your mat for abs then back to your rower for more sprints and cardio back to the mat for little arm resistance with weights one more round of sprints on rower then cool down. Pow! 50 minutes class done! Something completely new to me but I highly enjoyed it. I worked a sweat and everyone was very pleasant. All in all I would love to do it again.

We visited Hamptons Hot Yoga during my friend's bachelorette weekend hoping for a relaxing class. Instead, the vibes were completely off and nothing like what you'd hope to find in a yoga studio. The treatment we received from the blonde woman who seemed to be the manager or owner was awful. She was shockingly rude and dismissive toward us from the start, which set a terrible tone for the whole session. We left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Sadly, instead of being a special part of the weekend, this is the one thing we all wish we could forget.

This place does not deserve your money or the honor of your presence. My issues start at the top owner is flat out rude. Their management practices militant... You deserve better !
