This place is great! I called ahead for an order and their communication was excellent. Their prices were very reasonable and the cake turned out it super delicious. They don't have an actual store so what you'll need to do is contact them via their website and they can arrange a place to meet you at or they might deliver it to you.

But I will say that this wife and husband business will go a very long way. I ordered the strawberry cake with almond frosting and I will not go anywhere else because they do not have these two options. And if there is an option, it will be an extra charge to my order. My family loved the flavors of the cake, as well as the design. It was super simple, but elegant. I picked up from the husband at their closest store plaza and it was no hassle at all. I will for sure be making my cake orders here and I know I will not regret it at all. I have other pictures on my camera, so these two pictures I posted don't give them any justice.

Amazing service! I needed a cake made for my son's 3rd birthday. I sent Shabnam our Spider-Man inspired theme cake and she didn't miss! Timely and most of all... the cake tasted AMAZING!!!! We tried the Red Velvet flavor. Absolutely delicious!! All the parents at the party were asking for Shabnam's info. 10/10 recommend and I will certainly be a repeat customer.

Got this cake for a graduation, and it was beautiful! I had some custom requests, which were done exactly how I wanted: edible fondant flowers, and for everything to be edible. The inside was good, which was lemon blueberry. Shabnam is easy to work with, and they get back to you very fast with quick communication. Highly recommend!

If you would like a cake made in 48 hours. Then yes. If you're expecting great customer service and professionalism, than no. Not only were my instructions not followed as agreed too, the cake was not freshly made. All of my guests said the cake was really dry. I myself didn't even have any because I was so busy during the party. I unfortunately will not be back nor do I recommend this company. When I informed her of the misdoings, she only said it was a misunderstanding on her part and that she hoped the celebration was well. She never offered any type of refund or anything to make the situation right. Total waste of $130. The first two cakes are what I asked for. I specifically said the number sign was important. What I received was the video. Not completely off, but missing the number sign and the cake was extremely dry. Again, total waste of $130.

I typically do not write reviews but this place is so deserving of a good one. I was going to place an order with Alpine Bakery in Concord, but they required for me to bring in a printed copy of the image I wanted for a cake. Well my printer was working and I had asked a friend to print it out for me. After I told my friend what had happened, she said I should not go with Alpine because they have rude workers and referred me to Shabnam. Boy was I glad she did. Aydin Picked up my call and was nice from the start. I was able to text him the image I wanted for the cake look and he was more than happy to help (this was all white I was still on the phone talking to him). He said he would call me back in about 2 hours to give me a quote and he did as promised. The price was very affordable and he said that they can do the exact look on the photo so I was very relieved. I asked what time I should pick up the cake and he offered delivery to our house since we lived in the same city. I was co hosting this baby shower so for him to offer delivery was music to my ears, because I knew I would be running around preparing for the party. The cake turned out beautiful and was delicious! We absolutely love Shabnam and Aydin's top notch customer service that we will be ordering another cake for another baby shower that we are hosting next month! Highly recommend! read more

Shabnam was absolutely amazing - I wanted cookies delivered for a senior colleague's birthday and they did a beautiful job. Aydin was so accessible to reach and helped make someone's birthday special and delightful. Other bakeries charge more for delivery than for the order itself - I couldn't believe the generous order we received with FREE delivery! Who does that? This business is wonderful and I recommend them to anyone - for delicious, authentic, beautifully packaged baked goods why would you order from anyone else? Thank you so much! Receiving a texted coupon for 15% off my order, I was excited to use it since I needed a birthday cake. Though there was an online code, I could not use the discount online. I called the shop several times, but there was no answer, and I even left a voice message but never heard a call back. Finally I noticed there was number on the website to text so I did, and got a response. The response was that it was too late to order the cake, and the coupon couldn't be used online ordering system because the online ordering system was different from what was used in the store. BUT I was told I can still call my order in and pay in advance over the phone to get the 15% discount if I still wanted cupcakes, and if the store didn't answer, the person sending the text said he/she would contact the store. I appreciated that kind gesture. The next morning, I settled for cupcakes and decided to call the order in and pick up the cupcakes in the afternoon since I had no time that morning to go to the store. But lo and behold, I called and again no one answered. I texted the same number from the day before and a response came back that they would contact the store to give me a call. I checked in by calling the store two more times and still no answer. And no one called back that afternoon either. Sadly, I had to give up, but was glad to give business to a way more responsive bakery with delicious cakes.

The hygiene alone should be enough to make anyone turn around and walk out. The employee working the front repeatedly coughed into his hands, rubbed his nose, sneezed, then immediately went back to handling customers' utensils, napkins, and food-related items without washing or sanitizing his hands. It happened over and over again. It was honestly disgusting to watch. Basic food safety should never be optional. Then came the bill. Three items. One tiny crepe, one madeleine, and one quiche. Nearly $50. I actually thought there had been a mistake. The crepe was embarrassingly small, and the chicken inside was some of the worst I've had. It was dry, stringy, chewy, and tasted incredibly cheap. There was absolutely nothing fresh or high quality about it. The portions were tiny, the quality was poor, and the prices were completely disconnected from reality. My husband was born and raised in France, and we've spent plenty of time eating at cafés and bakeries there. This isn't even remotely comparable. It's an overpriced imitation that relies on the idea of being French instead of delivering food that's actually worth eating. If you're going to charge premium prices, then deliver premium quality, proper food safety, and an experience that justifies it. This place failed on every one of those fronts. We won't be back, and I genuinely can't understand why this place has the reputation it does.

I'm committed to a cleaner, healthier lifestyle. One item I've cut out of my life is plastics since microplastics infiltrate so much of what we're served and consume. That said, i excitedly walk into 3rd Culture, order Matcha and just water; I don't want sweetener, milk, creme, sugar; nothing added... I tip 20% then ask the girl who took my order if she could simply pour the matcha directly into my stainless steel Yeti cup while reaching out to hand it to her...She looks at me like I asked for the meaning of life and then looked at my pristinely, clean, empty Yeti and with both her hands up like it was some horrific, science experiment said: "I cannot touch your cup. I will pour your drink into a cup and you can pour it in yourself" ...i believe that's what she said as it was hard to hear as she mumbled under a face mask but the non-verbal was pronounced...I kindly replied, "hey I'm just trying to avoid plastic, and It'll save one of your cups from being used, could you just pour it in directly" ((into my yeti) at this point, another customer is standing there listening, giggling and the girl reiterated "I cannot do that" in the most serious tone sounding like it was a life or death matter...not wanting to make a spectacle, I acquiesced and watched her pour the heated water into a plastic cup of water, added ice, water and handed to me. I couldn't help but be petty while I instantly then poured it into my cup. Customer who was listening , laughing said "hey I understand, you tried" Annoying thing is when heated liquid hits plastic, that's when the microplastics get unleashed... The worker had a weird vibe from the mumbled where it was hard to hear and had an aura of being annoyed she was working there. Won't go back.
